4. Students have to navigate through a number of different channels to find what
they may be looking for
Everything is scattered, either online or on campus (disorganized
bulletin boards)
No outlet for CUNY students to buy or sell to one another leaves books and
equipment lying around and losing value after completing its purpose
Students are not recognizing talents of their peers leading to a missed
opportunity for them to learn from one another ( tutoring , homework help)
5. THE SOLUTION
A localized network designed exclusively for CUNY students to buy, sell, and
exchange everything from books to ideas.
Simplicity of posting and searching by school and category, no need to
hassle yourself with an unorganized bulletin board.
The email exchange allows both students to communicate and find a time
to meet with one another on campus.
A one stop shop for all of there college needs.
7. • UNISOOQ utilizes an email verification system,
ensuring users that they will be dealing directly
with a CUNY student.
• Students can both make and save MONEY on
books or school equipment they no longer need.
• Meeting on campus makes it CONVENIENT for
students to gather school necessities.
• UNISOOQ promotes SAFETY, giving students the
opportunity to meet in schools and only meet
with other students.
9. UNISOOQ currently has 4200 registered
users using the website. An increase in
users will mean greater potential for
advertising

Leveraging credibility of schools and its
academic focus in order to entice corporate
sponsors. Baruch College for example is a
strong business school. We can reach out to
big business interested in potential interns or
employees to sponsor our site in order to find
those candidates.
Working with corporations to sponsor pages
on our website. Primary focus is corporations
that can provide an immediate need to
college students (Chase Bank, Starbucks, Dell,
HP, etc.)
Contact local markets or restaurants to offer
special promotions using our website.
Each school has its own dedicated page,
therefore sponsors can ensure there ad will
be seen by students whose business they will
