• Installation and Alignment Of all kinds of Rotating Equipment like Pump, Compressor and Blowers
valves and accumulator .

2. • Maintenance and Overhaul All types Of Pumps, Both Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors,
Gear Box.
• Carries out Predictive Maintenance program such as vibration collecting data and analyze, lube oil
Sample. Analyze for all rotating equipment at plant.
• Prepares new or altered installations on all types of mechanical equipment including foundation
work, line-up, gearbox, coupling and speed control settings, then test runs for acceptance.
• Formulating all the internal reports related to progress, troubleshooting and schedule.
• Commissioning check the (P&ID) isometric drawing, pipeline blasting, lube oil flushing, vessel
cleaning, pump startup procedures, air blowing, purging, valve greasing.
• Inspecting Combustion chambers and HRSGs, qualified to work in confined space.
• Monitored the operation of Central Workshop including the repair and refurbishment of various
rotating equipment.
• Changing gaskets, flange and valves, vessel and NRV.
• Supervise preventative maintenance programs and perform regular inspections and test of facilities
to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the development of maintenance procedure and in the training and qualification.
• Trained fitters and other subordinates in lubricating and cleaning of rotating and other devices.
• Liaising with other departments (Electrical, Instrumentation & Process).
Responsibilities:
• Individually handle maintenance activities of overall plant in shifts.
• Planning major / minor outage maintenance activities and allocating jobs for schedule maintenance.
• Ensure spares availability, raising requests /indents and updating of status.
• Applying effective safety measures and risk assessment procedures.
• Round the clock availability to attend Emergency shutdown activities.
• Managing contractors.
• Conducting safety walk down in plant areas.

• Training in SKF Reliability Systems take course in Micro log Vibration analyzer.
