converter, etc.
Overseeing the allocation of work group/ craftsmen include contractor
and labour supply.
Prioritizing service schedule and unscheduled repair of equipment, also
schedule change components it has been planned to ensure that all work
performed is conducted to achieve maximum equipment availability,
safety requirement and cost effectiveness.
Mentor sub ordinate and demonstrating the correct procedure in
maintaining all aspects of administration, technically, cost, safety and
environment.
Manage and control all refuelling activity include fuel reconcile as mining
requirement.

Experience & Achievements at KPC
Maintain 150 units Mechanical Truck Cat 777, Cat 785, Cat 789 C/D,
Komatsu HD 785-7, 32 units truck Liebherr T282B, and some trucks
Hitachi EH5000 and EH4500 the electric type truck type. Two and a half
year as workshop coordinator to coordinated service and schedule
component a year as Act Superintendent Field Service and Break down,
Half year as Act Superintendent Refuelling, also as spindle {Final Drive}
and engine improvement project leader.
Liaise with equipment dealers and original equipment manufacturers to
source new equipment, resolve technical issues and coordinate repair
work.
Supervise the work group, including supplier and other contractors
working in the workshop, to ensure that work conducted is carried out in
a safe and timely manner, and time keeping is adhered to outlining
priority tasks, reviewing equipment backlog summary.
Encourage employees to use their initiative.

Ensure Daily Truck inspections are carried out by field crews in times of
delay e.g.: shift change, Rain, Blasting & meal breaks.
Plan the daily work schedule, order parts, and materials as required to
enable work group needs to be met and resources used efficiently.
Liaise and coordinate all service and repair activities with other
supervisors/shift supervisors.

Saving cost at spindle rebuild with condition based monitoring methods.
Maintain monthly PA that has been scheduled by planning team.
