2. A typical music video wouldn't be 6 minutes however for Logic music video he
presents a short film on the be taboo topic suicide. This, therefore, shows how
many people that even though they are going through a hard time there will be
someone to help you. The title of the song is a direct dial to a suicide hotline in
America and shows the teens mostly that they are able to call the number in
needs of help. This is shown through the whole music video when the main
character is presented with being gay and therefore is cast out of society this
appeals to the LGBT community who truly do suffer problems such as
homelessness and high suicide rates.(majority from transsexuals) this, therefore,
points to teens that feel different from society and therefore is ostracised for that
and is unable to cope with the situation leading them to mental breakdown and
even more. However, this can appeal to anyone who has been close to suicide
and therefore logic proves that they are able to get over the pain and battles as
long as they try.
This powerful 6 minutes presents not only the pain and suffering most Teen and
adult face through but presents an option to those who are on the brinks of
deaths giving them a number to help them with them anxiety and other worries
this, therefore, places the music video into more of a short film dedicated to
helping the fans and giving people the opportunity to start again.

3.  There is much different representation presented in this music video from family
and society. This all adds to the plot of the music video by adding this people are
able to relate to the video whether it be every representation or just one
representation is shown to make the audience understand that whatever
problems you face whether it be one or all of them represented in the music
video there is a way to overcome them and therefore shouldn’t be stuck in the
position where death is considered ok.

4. The use of family is to represent unity and with the form of the family, the audience is
presented with different types of families being nuclear families and same-sex families. The
portrayal of the family are shown to be supportive and highlighters the values of family.
However, the family is broken soon in the music video as the father finds out the main
character is gay and therefore the main character runs away. This presents isolation as the
family support he had is now gone. The main character even attempts to go to another
family for support and is later also broken. This portrayal of family shows never ending
support and even the times when the family is broken, there will be a way for it to the unit.
This is shown through the cynical structure of the music video, it starts off with a happy
family and ends with a new happier family. This portrays that family isn't tied into a normal
nuclear family and shows the society that it's ok to have a same-sex family.

5. Isolation is presented to show how isolation can take a
toll on a person. Through the main character as from
childhood, he’s been very isolated from society and
therefore is unable to cope with this expression as he
lacks the ability to truly express himself like before this
put him in a tight position where being isolated from
society and therefore can't get help for his problem or
understand that other people feel the same as. This is
to present to the audience that there are people who
have gone through a similar experience and are also
seeking help but are so isolated from everything it hard
for them to truly be free and through the music video it
shows the audience that we should step and take
action for our life and not be stuck by ourselves and
seek help.

6. Unity is found throughout the music video
through unity in school such as teams and
through unity with one person. Through the
team there are united and will need one
another for the games to progress this is shown
in the music video to show to society that we
should be united and not get as each one of us
is equal and therefore this portrayal is simply
shown in an ending of the lesson.
Unity is also presented through the unity of
love the main character love interest to shows
how they will be united through the use of the
handshake and the close up of the thumbs
touching each other. This shows the unity of
LGBTQ+ society and how the society will be
there to protect one another no matter what
they are as together they are the minority that
needs to fight.

7. The LGBTQ+ is shown the being the e main plot of the music video this is done
to show the minority being the LGBTQ+ and the problems that they face. This is
shown with the main character being gay and the struggles of not being
accepted because he is a minority and therefore is targeted through bullying and
more. The challenge that most LGBTQ+ would face especially teens would be
accepted and this is shown when the both the main character family and the
main character love interest family both reject the main character. another
factor would be the isolation brought upon that people look at the LGBTQ+
differently and would ten to bully them e.g when the boy bullied the main
character during the practice this leaves the main character to feeling low and
worthless and therefore making him have a mental break and is unable to
control his emotions e.g possessing a gun and is ready to kill himself. This,
therefore, shows the LGBTQ+ society that it's ok to be who they are towards
the end of the music video as the main character is now married and the
families collided. This, therefore, shows hope and new light as the media tends
to show the bad sides of the LGBTQ+ society and through the music, the video
shows the LGBTQ+ that they can be accepted and shows the general audience
the struggles that most people from the LGBTQ+ face.

8. The main reason why the music video is made is to show that there is support for those in
need as there is a suicide line that is the name of the song itself. This, therefore, shows that
in great need of help that they're people there to help through online and through the line.
The suicide line is made so people who are in severe help are then supported through the
phone and is able to turn the life around. This is shown when the main character is at the
lowest and called the line for comfort and support. Through each artist, they are shown on
screen to show that online people are able to find help from other people across the world.
This shows how the world is so digital and therefore people can be more accepting other
