1. Kellogg Brooks Developments, LLC was formed by real estate industry veterans
Russell Kellogg and Kent Brooks for the business of ownership and development of
commercial, residential and mixed use projects.
Together the partners represent more than 65 years of experience in all aspects of
property development from acquisition, planning and entitlement through construction and
property management and disposition on a wide variety of project types including retail,

Before forming Kellogg Brooks Developments, Mr. Brooks and Mr. Kellogg held mid and
senior level positions over the course of their careers, with many of the real estate
industry’s most successful and well known U.S. and international development and
property management companies including Cadillac Fairview, Cousins Properties, The
Rouse Companies, JMB Retail Properties, Crown America and Technology Park Atlanta.
