Housing Trust for a remarkably similar development.

common land, run by a manager. First developed proposal of its kind in SA. 33

Consulting assignment for SA Government and local council to prepare a feasibility
study for a major tourist attraction on vacant land. The product concept was
considered excellent. The feasibility study included:
