Importance Of Physical Exercise
Everyone needs physical exercise and should be allowed to participate in the activities they want to.
Despite physical limitations, age, skill, gender, etc., everyone should have the chance to be included
in their pick of physical activities. Just because people may be different in these things doesn't mean
they should be left out. Sometimes people with disabilities are left out of some sport and other

I know this not just from reading about this issue, or listening about people talk about this issue but
from my own experience. I know what it is like to feel emotionally and physically tired, although I
was eating what some consider a well–balanced diet. I was eating all the right foods. However, I
found out that I was not able to get all of the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that an individual

but as we can see it still unequal. The Langston Hughes in his poem "Democracy" trying to say that
everyone is equal in this world and everyone should have equal laws. The poem has written when

For this week's discussion in Module One, I reviewed a local daycare center company my mother
works for. The company is a sole proprietorship and is very small. Although, the women who runs

departments altogether, with some input from within the company, and runs a very structured
company. All the various departments she takes care of do tend towards the same goals and all the

have all that pressure on your shoulders and that much work to cover. Even though it is a small
company and she does rely on input from the company, it is definitely challenging. After reading

I am confused about something they are telling me.
Open–minded – I do my best to take everyone's opinions into consideration when there is an issue
so that a solution can be made that everyone is content with.
Feedback – I make it a point to express my opinion with my employees, which is usually a good
thing. I like to verbally tell my coworkers when they are doing a great job, as well as when they

I become frustrated and this prevents me from effectively completing other tasks and
communicating with others. I could reduce stress and the effects that it has on me by talking with
others about why I am stressed. As well, I could go for a walk or do something relaxing that forces
