I am a young enterprising and conscientious and resilient entry-level chemical
engineer with experience in pulp and paper, food manufacturing, and structural
adhesives. I will apply engineering principles and technical knowledge with
ingenuity and creativity to provide cost saving alternatives during project initiatives
and make quality recommendations. I am a results-oriented professional who builds
credibility and can effectively engage in multicultural and multidisciplinary

Technical skills and prior focuses
Providing support to operations of fixed equipment like pressure vessels,
piping, pumps, heat exchangers, relief devices, storage tanks, reactors, etc.
Design and sizing of the process equipment mentioned above
Some experience with RCFA investigations and troubleshooting
Knowledge of PSM ( Process Safety Management) regulations
Bottleneck studies to explore places where optimization is possible
Experience with running trials (Scaling up and scaling down processes)
Experience with training operators on lab equipment
Implementing lean manufacturing practices and six sigma to push process
improvement utilizing quality tools such as MINITAB, and initiate and
maintain lean activates (like 5S)
Extensive hands on project work involving efficiency, design and
measurement, and industrial costs
Experience with plant economics. This includes costing equipment,
determining capital investments, manufacturing costs, net presents values,
return on investments, etc.
Experience with process controls like calibrations of equipment, using
correlations to mathematically model processes and model optimization,
working with computer programs to monitor and manipulate processes, and
controller tuning
