Printers & printing divisions for more than 8 years as Quality, reliability and
maintenance engineer.
Currently developing the role of reliability and maintenance engineer for first HP
3D printer: HP's Multi Jet Fusion 3D Printer.
Involved in more than five 2D new printers introductions projects managing
budgets up to 1M$ as a quality and/or reliability lead.
Adapted and developed different quality and reliability plans for new product
introductions to ensure and improve overall product quality, characterize the
product design and increase performance margins.
Develop and coordinate the first field failure analysis project to capture failing
parts, triage failures, perform a root cause’s analysis and propose corrective
actions to the R&D management and design teams. Project drive to a
substantial product failure decrease of 2-3% and a warranty cost savings of
500k$ per year.
At new product definition phase I’m in charge of drafting the learning and
qualification strategy by developing a specific plan/s by build/phase. I’m
responsible of deploying reliability, maintenance requirements and usage model
through the whole R&D and Operations organizations.
At investigation phase I work identifying key risks, perform failure assessment,
