Employment Outline
Since Feb’2010 with Barakath Engineering Industries Pvt Ltd as Production Engineer
Highlights:
 Managing different manufacturing process and shop floor activities in coordination with Maintenance,
Purchase and Quality; ensuring proper coordination between all departments.
 Responsible for production planning and supervision and ensuring optimal utilization of all resources
including manpower, machinery and raw materials.
 Continuously monitoring improvement activities to increase productivity and reduce Customer Complaints
and assessing the suppliers to improve Quality of the material.
 Supervision production line & troubleshooting & maintaining co-ordination with workers team
 Solving all the manufacturing issue at shop floor, schedule adherence of product with right quality and

 Visualizing Inspection of welding and effectively identifying the critical Parameters, dimensions, points

responsibilities of giving direction to fabrication technicians to ensure efficiency and reliability of

 Handling responsibilities of coordinating with fabrication engineers on developing the production processes
to enhance the process of production. Determining the specifications of product and arrange for the
materials, equipment and other required parts to be purchased
 Handling various issues, resolving Customer Queries and taking corrective actions to prevent any
reoccurrences and defective issues.
 Ensuring production targets are achieved in time by improving abilities of Colleagues & Subordinates
through constant guidance and motivation.
 Ensuring that all production materials were available and communicated to procurement department
when needed.
 Responsible for day to day production as per Drawings & procedures like ASME, codes and Hydro-Testing
methods.
 Handling the production schedules/plans; monitoring cost & time over-runs to ensure execution of
production process within budget. Conceptualizing & screening production processes, conducting feasibility
studies and determining the viability based on the technical, financial & economic parameters.
 Conducting inspection of raw material, machined components & bought out items and maintaining records
for dispatch plan received from sales. Analyzing existing processes/procedures; conducting analysis for
finding out shortcomings and suggesting improvements measures.
 Coordinated with different departments within the company to achieve customer and company master
schedule milestones and planned proper execution of man, materials and machines.
 Involved in stage wise Inspection and NDT Methods such as RT, PT & MT for structural, witnessed and
evaluated Non-Destructive Testing results.
 Responsible for assisting Production Supervisors in planning, developing, engineering, scheduling and in
project execution.
