1. Footlocker radio advert
Selling new sports trainers basketball and football
Client- my client is the corporate shoe company footlocker, the target audience for the client is
between 10 and 25, I intend to talk about certain new pairs of shoes from each kind preferably NIKE.
Footlocker is an American sportswear and footwear retailer, with its headquarters in Midtown
Manhattan, New York City, and operating in approximately 20 countries worldwide because of this
my advert will be targeted at a male and American audience and between that age range.
Purpose- the purpose of my radio advert is to sell the new range of basketball shoes just in stock and
they will be on sale for a very limited time 20% off.
Legal and ethical issues- I want to use voiceovers and music so I will be using royalty free music and
sound effects or I will make sure I use the legal 6 second rule which allows me to use no more than
six seconds of copyrighted music without infringing the law
Music – I will be using royalty free or using the six second rule to use copyrighted music without
infringing on the law
Budget – as I am a student I have no budget I will be working from college and we have a radio
studio we also have our own radio station collection of downloaded music and also sound beds and
effects for free
