2. Experian Synergy was born to fill a need of the future. We assume that no business model will
guarantee their space between a couple of decades. At this very moment, plenty of adventurous
organizations are being prepared to fulfill the market with new solutions.
Objective: The Innovator’s Dilemma
That’s the idea of Innovator’s Dilemma theory, proposed by Clayton Christensen.
He suggests that every organization explores, within an automate unit dedicated
exclusively to develop new products and services for the early adopters in the market.
And that is the base of all the work Experian Synergy is developing right now.

3. Three Steps to Find New Solutions
PAST
• Abstraction. Take a step back to see all the sides of the complex problem.
PRESENT
• Evolution of Design Spaces . With the development of the technology and the
recombination of ideas, the PTs (Physical Technologies) takes a jump into the
evolution of business models.
FUTURE
• Disrupt Innovation. New solutions with potential to substitute or form a new
market are created to fulfill the unborn needs of the early adopters.
Experian Synergy has, as the main goal of their project, find the Disruptive Innovation in
actual business models. As a unit focused on explore new ideas for the organizations which believes in
innovation as the key for the maintenance of them into the next market structure.

4. PTs and MVPs: The sling effect
The PTs (Physical technologies) can be
able to transform one kind of
information in another (material, energy
or data), along with the science progress.
The Design Spaces is about to
discovered this unexplored scenario.
They can be assumed by deduction,
experimentation or recombination of
many kinds of knowledge available.
The result are the MVPs (Minimum
Viable Products) which are the final
product to be tested. This production
have to be fast, to test as soon as
possible the viability of the new solution.
Like a sling, taking a step back means to
see the problem from all its side to aim a
new goal, unexplored by the others players.
Along with the synergy between the unit
and the client, they enter in a test
environment to collaborate with each other
and solve not answered questions. The
MVPs will test their success, like a projectile
in a sling.
The objective: the success
of innovation and a sustainable
future for progress and technology.

5. Information Theory
Synergy is a Greek word for collaboration.
In complex systems, they mean integration, which reduces the level of disorder.
In Information Theory, the amount of multiple fonts with synergy is higher than
the amount of individual fonts with no synergy.
Experian Synergy has the main role of developing new systems and focuses on find
those information solutions to change the known present and to transforms the future.
