1. CESAR BONA BIOGRAPHYHe grew up in Ainzon (Zaragoza), He was graduated in English Philology at the University of
Zaragoza. He discovered that he wanted to work as teacher
2. FIRST DAY AS TEACHER
• His reception on the first day, he knew that he had the
worst class with a wide range of ethnies.
• But he want to teach and be teached by the students.At
first there was a very high grade of absenteeism.
• Students began to attend regularly. Some of ten years
students could not read so he prepared a theatre play that
stimulated his curiosity.
• Juan, for example, had a shorter role because he could not
read, and other children more accustomed to reading
interpreted longer roles, while helping the rest of his
classmates.
3. NOMINATED AT GLOBAL TEACHER PRIZE
• During fifteen years it passed through
nine centers.
• In 2014, he presented a project with his
students to an international contest, the
Global Teacher Prize, and was a finalist.
• Among his merits as a teacher, some
experiences can be mentioned, which

4. MOTIVATING STUDENTS
• He fought absenteeism by receiving flamenco

innovative and inclusive teaching function".
• In May of the year 2017 César Bona participated as an
expert member of the jury group of Communication
and Humanities of the Princess of Asturias awards.
