3.  A leading third generation company in the insurance sector, Fareast Islami Life
Insurance Comapny Limited started its journey on May 29, 2000. By the passing of

4.  M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. is a public limited company and one of
the leading manufacturers of cement in Bangladesh. On
December 31, 1994 it started its journey with the commitment
for providing high quality cement to the country. Its brand
“Crown Cement” has own renown both at home and abroad.
The Bank has been incorporated on April, 1987 as a public limited company
under the Companies Act, 1913 to undertake and carry out all kinds of
banking, financial and business activities, transactions and operations in
strict compliance with the principles of Islamic Law (Shariah) relating to
business activities in particular avoiding usury in credit and sales
transactions and any practice which amounts to usury. Certificate for
commencement of business has been issued to the bank on April, 30, 1987.

in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

insurance companies in Bangladesh. GDIC was incorporated in December 14, 1985 as a
public limited company, under the Companies’ Act 1913 and its operation started on 1st
January 1986, with a paid up capital of BDT 30.00 million.

7.  Paramount Textile Limited was incorporated under the
companies Act (Act VIII) of 1994 in June 12, 2006 and went
into commercial production in November 2008. The
Factory is located in Sreepur, Gazipur- an hour drive from
the ZIA International Airport, while a twenty minutes drive
from ZIA will take you to its down city office in Gulshan,
Dhaka.
Fortune Shoes Ltd. (FSL) was incorporated in Bangladesh as a Private
Limited Company with the issuance of Certificate of incorporation bearing
no. CH-7590/10 of 2010 dated on March 14, 2010 by the Registrar of Joint
Stock Companies & Firms, Chittagong, Bangladesh. The Company Converted
into public Limited Company on 2015.
The Company started its commercial operation on September 07, 2011.
