Over the years we gather the dust & then get used living in the unwanted needs. Some may term them as necessities of life. We may term them as extra luxuries. When we are born do we need all of that extra make over?There are so many destinations we need to reach while on our journey in this paradise.In our span of may be 0years to 5 years we simple depend on our care takers our Parents. Then we get those extra feathers we start venturing towards our neighbours & the teachers at school. Then we become experts at our own skills. We try these naughty pranks we learnt on our set of peers. May be our joint family friends our cousins. May be our existing set of friends our family friends & their friends. As we grow we get that extra energy. I may term that as hyper supra energy. We all have that when we enter. But some may use it. Some may simply ignore & slow down over the years as we grow. Maturity brings us to a stand still effect. Our position at work or may be short sucess brings us to a total state of elated self. Where we get that extra arrogance along with that confidence of winning. That's exactly where we need to stop. We need to bring all the knowledge to a stand still. Our ego need constant boost. But in return we may hurt someone on the way. Maybe not physically but their feelings are hurt. That's our pointer where we need to take maximum care to ensure that we must now step back. There is a fine line between walking the glass ceiling & breaking the glass while walking it without wearing sports shoe. We all tend to walk the glass ceiling wearing those perfect stilletoes. Oh my god. Good lord that's the place where we always aspired to be & see we are actually there now. What are those our pointers. We need to walk the glass ceiling without breaking the glass & the other resources. There is a place for everyone that's my attitude. What needs to be changed. That's what we need to nurture & imbibe in our minds first & then the people we work with over the years. I learnt my lessons right from my school days. I still remember the first day of school in my zero number bus. I thought it was my first day. When even the people at home my folks helped me dress up & carry my new bag & my uniform. More than the bag & the uniform the eagerness to learn & meet a new world was more exciting. That was my first day of school on a Sunday. Now tell me which school begins on a Sunday. But with the thought of meeting the new world I got so exicited that I forgot it was Sunday. I went all the way dressed in my uniform & then when I realized it was so embarrassing. I realised it when my watchman Ladd Kaka told me "beta aaj toh sunday hain." Just to see that cheer on my face my mom ensured that she dressed me up & even informed others in the family to act accordingly. That's how all mom's are in any family.
