3. To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to introduce you to, and recommend Mr. Joseph Daniele. Mr. Daniele has been working
for me at my sports and entertainment company, Fortch Unlimited, Inc. since 2012 serving as the
Assistant Director of Client Relations.
From the very first day he reported to work, it became very apparent to me that Joseph was an intelligent,
passionate, motivated young man - eager to learn and always with a smile. He was always willing to
perform any assignment, from a prominent role at the most high profile event, to the most menial task that
no one else saw getting accomplished.
Joseph’s primary responsibilities were to assist my office and staff in servicing clients’ needs, preparing
their schedules, and advancing of events and appearances. He also was the manager of all clients’ event
merchandising including ordering and inventory of stock, selling at the venues, and accounting of all
sales.
He worked with dedication and enthusiasm, all while finishing up his undergraduate studies at Rutgers
University, and also working an additional job managing at a restaurant.
He soon took a keen interest in the company’s business side, including contract negotiations, and
preparation and execution of agreements and soon was reviewing proposals and agreements for the
company. I was very impressed with his rapid professional development and his unquenchable thirst for
knowledge and improvement each and every day. One interpersonal skill I see lacking in many young
professionals today is simply listening – but Joseph, while full of vigor, impressed me with his ability to
listen and observe, a subtle yet critical skill that will take him far.
Working closely with athletes and celebrities only fueled his intense interest and desire to delve deeper
into labor relations and the protection and rights of all professionals and employees. Joseph returned to
Rutgers in pursuit of his Master’s Degree from the School of Management and Labor Relations while
continuing to work, graduating in 2015.
Now is Joseph’s time to take his education, work experience and diverse skill set to an organization where
he will continue to hone his skills, become an impact player and contribute to its mission and success.
