contracting as per material engineering, technical services & project

 I joined with El-Seif Company for contracting since 11/May /2011 up to 23 /
Feb / 2016 . I started as a Material & procurement engineer then as senior
engineer since two years & last position I reached as Procurement Manager on
project P119 on King Abdullah finial district (concrete land bridge, highways,
flyover & underpass foundation works) –Riyadh city Saudi Arabia -with budget
300 million. as well as I works as project coordinator for all subcontractors
issues (financial, subcontract agreements, determinate the scope & technical
details services) .
• Source and identify qualified suppliers for material.
• Coordinate and review the completed procurement schedule.
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions,
policies, and procedures. Ensure purchase order claims and contracts for
conformance to company policy.
• Monitors, provides assistance, supports and acts as a link between the various
departments at the Managing Office from mobilization stage until the
completion of the project.
• Prepares, develops, implements and reviews the department budget, ensuring all
programs and activities are reasonably funded to meet operational requirements.
• Evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
• Negotiate contract terms and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements
with the vendors / suppliers are commercially advantageous.
• Manages the Contracts & Procurements team, providing leadership,
encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement
• Maintaining close interaction and liaison to ensure that quality deliverables are
produced smoothly, within time and budget.
• Revising and checking all field change requests with assisting the preparation of
the project variations.
• Manage invoicing for the project.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Review, comment / recommend acceptance or otherwise of related consultants’
submissions.
• Preparing and contributing to technical proposals for submission to external
parties.
• To deal with site problems to ensure that the project remains on plan.
• Support in specifying and establishing strategies, objectives and activities for
the department.
• Providing commercial support to Project Manager by assisting in determining
the most efficient and economical suppliers in the market

historical museum Bethlehem for one year as consultant site engineering with
project budget three million ( since June /2010 – Till May /2011 )
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
• Developing detailed designs.
• Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk
management in specialist roles.
• Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals.

Contracting) three years as civil site engineering in these projects ( since
January /2007 – Till June /2010 ) :-
“PUBLIC LIBRARY PROJECT in BEIT JALA” with budget (2 Million).
“KARITAS HOSPITAL PROJECT IN BETHLAHEM” with budget (10
Million).
 Plans, budgets, organizes and coordinates activities for the effective
management, control and reporting of the construction supervision of the
projects.
 Identifies the resource requirements for the effective supervision of the
construction works
 Evaluates, selects, and adapts construction management and control techniques,
procedures, and criteria to suit job tasks, and devises and implements solutions
to problems encountered.

 Liaising with clients, engineers, subcontractors and other counterpart staff &

information during the implementation and identifying the necessary cash flow
or other resources.
 Defines the scope of work of any subcontractors and monitors his progress.
 Review the Method Statements which will be submit to consultant for approval.
 Deals with surveys works required for each activities or joint survey for other
subcontractors to be clear.
 Good knowing in (AutoCAD, Atir, Stad-pro2004).
 Good knowing in Microsoft office (excel, word...)
 Knowing in primavera P6.
 Certification course of PMP preparation exam
 Arabic English languages write & speak (bilingual).
