Hanover Insurance – through Questpro Consultants (10/2009 to 2/2010)
Managed a rate revision and endorsement filing project for a Lawyers Professional Liability program with
47 state insurance departments. Wrote state amendatory endorsements for Miscellaneous Professional
Liability and Architects and Engineers Professional Liability programs. Revised state amendatory
endorsements to comply with new cancellation and nonrenewal regulatory requirements.

Cleared up a backlog of commercial insurance policies that hadn’t been checked against binders,
previous policy terms, conditions, limits and deductibles, etc. before being sent out to clients.
