U.S. Abstract: The property crime rates of 45.7% occurs more in urban areas. About 16.8% of the
crimes were committed by high school dropouts and only 0.4% of the crimes that occurs were
related to the population density. The type of property crimes that happens includes larceny–theft,
home burglary, home invasion, grand theft auto, forgery, and arson. These types of crimes may be

This social problem is so serious not just because of all of the consequences that follow it, but the
culture that has sprung up today that perpetuates rape and, especially, victim blaming. Child abuse is
a major social problem because many children are abused by their parents, sexually, mentally, or
physically, and some are even murdered by their parents. These abused children grow up to face

The Rights of the Man and The Right of law Even if both Mill and Marx starts from the
acknowledgement that the rights have legal groundings, two men focus on different aspects, and
evaluate them differently: Mill thinks that the rights of the man increase the social cohesion through
rights directly affecting the social utility, while Marx thinks that the rights of the man alienates one
from another to undoubtedly make an individual into a self–centered individual who is distanced
from the population. Mill, on the Utilitarianism, thinks that the rights need to be protected, not only
because the law protects the legal rights, but also because those promote the general utility. Without
the rights, Mill argues, there would be neither legal nor moral protection of one from the
surrounding world; in other words, the human beings need either legal or moral protection of the
rights for an overall convenience and security. For example, the right and a sense of justice that is
attached to the right give a person a reason to seek penalty of the ones that harmed him/her; in

John Locke's views on rebellion and civil disobedience puts emphasis on the "state of nature" of
man. He determines that man is naturally in this state of nature, meaning man has the power to
resolve his issues himself. The only way for a man to execute his personal justice is for his personal

Home ownership at the age of twenty–two was lessons of life that I greatly appreciated. Even
though my mother communicated her concerns about the house, I proceeded to purchase without
regards to her emotions. Consequently, I abandoned my home and added to the epidemic that afflicts
my county. Additionally, owners of these unsightly structures never had the intentions of
foreclosure, but inevitable circumstances confronted the decision to either, leave or stay.
Unfortunately, Cuyahoga County's resolution to the abandoned property epidemic resumes but the
residents also face unwanted crimes; therefore, Cuyahoga County collaboration with banks initiating

Surveillance Cameras Should Be Public Places
Surveillance Cameras Earlier this year my brother and I were hit by a white Ford truck, while riding
to school. The driver of the truck quickly sped off immediately after the accident, leaving us scared,
and confused and the car totaled. If only there was a surveillance camera that could have witnessed
it. The camera could have got a clear view of his license plate, or even him. More surveillance
cameras should be installed in public places because they are useful for catching criminals,
protecting people, and growing the economy. Every day there are property crimes, assault crimes
personal crimes and if there is a way to benefit the safety the citizens it should be taken advantage
of. First, the more surveillance cameras that are in an area the lower the rate of the criminal
participating in criminal activity (Brown). Research shows that surveillance cameras are not as
effective in all locations and crimes, but there is evidence that they decrease property crime rates
(Brown). There are already surveillance cameras at most stop lights and in most stores to capture
images of people in case someone breaks the law, but if there were more surveillance in public
places it would be easier to catch crimes other than just someone running a red light or shoplifting.
For example, if a child was kidnapped, the police would already have video evidence of the

04 May 2015 How Graffiti has Changed over Time. Graffiti is the act of inscribing or drawing on
walls for the purpose of communicating a message to the general public. The term comes from the
Greek term "Graphein," which means to write. Graffiti has been around since men first started
drawing pictures in caves. However, the focus of this paper is not on pre–historic or amateur graffiti,
but on the modern hip–hop graffiti movement that began in the late 1960 's. The graffiti has two
versions: a "legal" aspect, in which artists are able to spray paintings and murals of great spectacle
and technical. The illegal side, is where they express their painting in public spaces such as schools,
metros, trains, posters, and wall Streets, etc. Graffiti are a poor choice for people who practiced this
objective because it deny people in follow good roads which is seen a bad self–expression and they
also may be expensive, putting pressure on low–income families. Controversial, secrecy, and taboo
are some points that connect with graffiti argument where graffiti has changed over the years.
The difference between art and vandalism is the vandal do not respect for another individual
properties. However, society still discriminates against very talented men and women who put their
