About
I have over 15 years of experience working in the learning and development profession. Currently, I work at Bersin by Deloitte where the favorite part of my work is helping organizations make sense of enterprise learning and adapt to a rapidly changing workplace. A researcher by nature, I take a rational, intentional approach to problem solving and decision-making by basing my decisions on substantive information.
I have a Master’s in Education from Capella University and a BA in Communications from the State University of New York at Oswego. I’ve also completed coursework toward my PhD from Syracuse University.
