In Current trends the Cloud computing has a lot of potential to help hospitals cut costs, a new report says. Here‟s some help overcoming some of the challenges hiding in the cloud. Previously there several methods are available for this like Broker based trust architecture and etc. Health care framework which are patient, doctor, symptom and disease. In this paper we are going to discuss the broker based architecture for federated cloud and its Service Measurement Index considered for evaluating the providers, construction of Grade Distribution Table(GDT),concept of ranking the providers based on prediction weights comparison, optimal service provider selection and results discussion compared with existing techniques available for ranking the providers. In this paper we are going to propose, two different ranking mechanisms to sort the providers and select the optimal provider automatically. Grade distribution ranking model is proposed by assigning the grade for the providers based on the values of SMI attributes, based on the total grade value, providers falls on either Gold, Silver or Bronze. Each category applies the quick sort to sort the providers and find the provider at the top is optimal. If there is more than one provider at the top, apply priority feedback based decision tree and find the optimal provider for the request. In the second ranking mechanism, joint probability distribution mechanism is used to rank the providers, two providers having same score, apply priority feedback based decision tree and find the optimal provider for the request.

The present research focuses on ranking cloud services by using the k-means algorithm with multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approaches that are the prime factor in the decision-making process and have been used to choose cloud services. The tools offered by MCDM can solve almost any decision-making problem. When faced with a selection challenge in the cloud environment, the trusted party would need to weigh the client’s choice against a predetermined list of criteria. There is a wide range of approaches to evaluating the quality of cloud services. The deep learning model has been considered a branch of artificial intelligence that assesses datasets to perform training and testing and makes decisions accordingly. This paper presents a concise overview of MCDM approaches and discusses some of the most commonly used MCDM methods. Also, a model based on deep learning with the k-means algorithm based decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (kDE-MATEL) and analytic network process (ANP) is proposed as k-means algorithm based decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory with analytic network process (kD-ANP) for selecting cloud services. The proposed model uses the k-means algorithm and gives different levels of priority and weight to a set of criteria. A traditional model is also compared with a proposed model to reflect the efficiency of the proposed approach.

The resource allocation in Grid computing system needs to be scalable, reliable and smart. It should also be adaptable to change its allocation mechanism depending upon the environment and user’s requirements. Therefore, a scalable and optimized approach for resource allocation where the system can adapt itself to the changing environment and the fluctuating resources is essentially needed. In this paper, a Teaching Learning based optimization approach for resource allocation in Computational Grids is proposed. The proposed algorithm is found to outperform the existing ones in terms of execution time and cost. The algorithm is simulated using GRIDSIM and the simulation results are presented.

Abstract: Service recommender systems have been shown as valuable tools for providing appropriate recommendations to users. In the last decade, the amount of customers, services and online information has grown rapidly, yielding the big data analysis problem for service recommender systems. Consequently, traditional service recommender systems often suffer from scalability and inefficiency problems most of existing service recommender systems present the same ratings and rankings of services to different users without considering diverse users' preferences, and therefore fails to meet users' personalized requirements. In this paper, to address the above challenges and presenting a personalized service recommendation list and recommending the most appropriate services to the users effectively. Specifically, keywords are used to indicate users' preferences, and a user-based Collaborative filtering algorithm is adopted to generate appropriate recommendations. Keywords: recommender system, user preference, keyword, Big Data, mapreduce, Hadoop. Grid computing is an accumulation of heterogeneous, dynamic resources from multiple administrative areas which are geographically distributed that can be utilized to reach a mutual end. Development of resource provisioning-based scheduling in large-scale distributed environments like grid computing brings in new requirement challenges that are not being believed in traditional distributed computing environments. Computational grid is applying the resources of many systems in a network to a single problem at the same time. Grid scheduling is the method by which work specified by some means is assigned to the resources that complete the work in the environment which cannot fulfill the user requirements considerably. The satisfaction of users while providing the resources might increase the beneficiary level of resource suppliers. Resource scheduling has to satisfy the multiple constraints specified by the user. The option of resource with the satisfaction of multiple constraints is the most tedious process. This trouble is solved by bringing out the particle swarm optimization based heuristic scheduling algorithm which attempts to select the most suitable resource from the set of available resources. The primary parameters that are taken in this work for selecting the most suitable resource are the makespan and cost. The experimental result shows that the proposed method yields optimal scheduling with the atonement of all user requirements.

Cloud computing is a type of distributed computing allowing to share many resources such as CPU, memory, storage ...etc. The status of these resources changes from time to time due to the dynamic adaptive ability of the cloud computing characteristics. Hence, the powerful and scalable monitoring algorithm is needed to monitor the status of these resources throughout the time. There are many models have been proposed for monitoring the distributed systems resources; the push-based, the pull-based, and the push/pull model. Most of the common monitoring systems are based on these models (e.g., Ganglia which based on push model and Nagios, which based on pull model). According to the work in this paper, a comparative study has been done to implement and evaluate these three models on the cloud environment. The implementation results showed that the push-based model outperforms the other two models due to its high scalability, stability, and efficiency.

Selling pi coins to usdt is quite easy and difficult at the same time. ✅ How to exchange pi network to usdt. Step by step. Make sure You've migrated to mainnet wallet Make sure your pi coins are unlocked, if they are locked up. You can still sell it tho, but at a lesser value. Once all these are done. All you need is a verified pi merchant to trade pi with. Because pi network is still in the enclosed mainnet. Currently there's no exchange to sell your pi coins, right now as we well know. We are still in the enclosed mainnet of pi network. So pi coins is not listed yet on any exchange. So right now. The only way to sell pi coins is by trading with a verified pi merchant. What is a verified pi merchant? A verified pi merchant is someone who buys pi network coins and resell them to exchanges supply chain and crypto whales. Now since pi network is not doing any pre-sale or ico offerings. The only way exchanges like huobi or htx can get pi is by mining pi coins or buying from miners. Now since its impossible for an average miner to contact an exchange supply chain. Pi network provided merchants and vendors who stand in between the miners and the exchange network. This is just a brief of our it works. I will leave the contact of my personal pi merchant. Thats if you are interested in selling the pi coins. 👇 Tele gram- @Cryptopioneer1 Here it is. I myself have traded more than 10k pi coins successfully in the enclosed mainnet. Sorry. Once a pi coin is locked, it is almost impossible to unlock, you Just have to be patient till the unlock date before you can move them to the available balance. The function of the lock up is to make your mining rate go faster and quicker. But people ignore this and go ahead to locking it up. If you are really in need of money. I have a pi merchant that buys Locked up coins and unlocked coins That is he buys the whole wallet. I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant to trade with. @Pi_vendor_247 #pi network #pi #crypto

Its is not certain if pi network will launched the pi coins this year 2024 or not. The pi network core team made an official announcement around march. But since then they kept mute. We are still waiting for a valid response from the founders. But launched or not launched anyone can easily sell their pi coins. Right now in the enclosed mainnet. And this is done through pi merchants these are vendors allowed to buy pi coins or barter from miners and resell them to exchanges and crypto whales looking forward to hold. And this is because pi network is not doing any pre-sale. Anyways for those that want to sell their pi coins, i will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant to trade with below. He is a trustworthy person. @Pi_vendor_247 Trade smartly ✅ #pi coins #money #crypto

Pi chainmall is one of the best platform to do this, but its not launched yet because we are still in the enclosed mainnet of the pi project. You can still exchange your pi coins for fiat or other cryptocurrencies, by selling your coins to a Verified merchant/vendor. A vendor is basically someone who buys pi network coins from miners like you and resell them to investors looking forward to hold up to 50k coins before mainnet launch in 2026. But i and my friends were able to trade more than 5000 pi coins successfully, through the help of a verified pi merchant. What is a pi merchant? A pi merchant is someone allowed to buy pi network coins and resell them to investors and exchanges looking forward to hold massive amounts of pi coins before mainnet launch in 2026. Since pi is not doing any presale or ico offerings. The only way exchanges like binance huobi can get pi is through buying from miners. This way money is circulated throughout the pi community. I Will leave the telegram handle of my personal pi merchant to trade pi coins easily. @Pi_vendor_247 Trade your pi coins at the best rate ✅
