1. Week 1 Monday:
Create schedule, and create
resource list, making sure to
list details of each specific
piece.
Tuesday:
Create poster draft
design, find resources I
will need, for example the
scanner.
Thursday:
Take photographs for poster
or find the appropriate
images, start work on original
poster design, making to
utilize Photoshop’s ruler tool
for a more neat presentation.
Week 2 Monday:
Finish work on poster,
making more than one
colour scheme and adding
new statistical quotes, and
then create logo.
Tuesday:
Create and upload logo
designs to Red bubble in
order to showcase the
merchandise, including t
shirt, mug and sticker
Thursday:
After the merchandise
screenshots have been saved
to powerpoint, start
compiling more of the work
into the presentation for use
in the future. Begin work on
website design.
Week 3 Monday: Remember to use
rulers on Photoshop when
designing website. Follow
the aesthetic guildines set
by previous pieces of work
in order to ensure well
presented campaing (eg.
Colours used)
Tuesday: Add any images
into website, again taking
into consideration the
rulers feature. Look for
inspuration from other
similar websites.
Thursday: Finish final
touches to website, and save
a JPEG which can be exported
into my presentation.
Week 4 Monday: Start researching
relevant topics for the
brochure prior to writing.
Once complete, begin
writing the draft copy of my
brochure’s text. Remember
to use facts and figures, and
to spell check. Double read
once complete
Tuesday:
Create a PSD document
with a brochure template
and create a layout in
which you will place
images and text across
each page of the
brochure. Start filling it in
with the draft text.
Thursday:
Add images from the interent
which are relevant to the
stories being talked about in
the brochure, remebering to
stick to the layout created in
the previous lesson.
Remember to back up work.
Add colour scheme.
Week 5 Monday:
Finish off anything that
needs to be done on the
Brochure and save the file.
Look through pieces of work
and make imrovements with
the spare time.
Tuesday:
Make sure a copy of every
piece created has been
saved onto the
presentation. Make the
presentation look nicer
and not shoddy so that
viewers will have a better
experience.
Thursday: Do a final check of
everything on the
presentation, before
uploading to slideshare and
embedding on ‘social action’
blog. Sit back and relax.
