The Clarity Compass training is ideal for either a fully intact work team or a combined group of
independent participants. This particular program will consist of the leadership team for your
organization.
Intentions
The intention of the Clarity Compass Leadership Program is to provide participants with the skills
and resources to increase their contribution to their organization. The focus is not only on an
individual’s personal contribution in advancing business goals but also on their group
membership and synergy of collaboration. This training will help individuals come together with
the aim of becoming more effective in their interactions with each other, other teams,
management, and clients/customers.
This training will provide participants with tools to effectively move your organization to a
significantly higher performing team.
Objectives
The program will concentrate on developing and supporting the underlying skills that support
the following competencies:
1) Identify behaviors that impede the ability to positively influence others
2) Diagnose and intervene in a situation in the moment
3) Maintain effectiveness during intense situations
4) Deliver positive results through skillful interactions
5) Constructively manage conflict rather than avoid it
6) Listen for and communicate understanding
7) Stakeholder management
As Participants progress through the program, they will identify how greater interpersonal skills
take them to the next level of performance.
