The purpose of a leader who uses leadership coaching is for his
employees to develop their strengths and talents; to
achieve this, the leader must know the people who make up
his team and devote resources to help them develop both
personally and professionally.
The most important thing to carry out this style of leadership is
that the employees know themselves, in order to identify
their strengths and weaknesses, once this is done, the
leader and the employee establish medium and long term
goals, as well as the plan to carry them out.

attitude, behaviors and
skills to the target.
Only if you are focused
and committed to the
coaching process will
you succeed.
For example, the manager or the finance
director who has always been very good at
implementing strategies to control and
decrease costs, but has not received any
training to lead others. Or the sales director
or manager who has always been a very good
salesperson, but does not know how to
facilitate team development. Coaching skills
allow leaders to generate meaningful
conversations with their collaborators, so that
they go from being bosses to being true
leaders.

It is about developing a set of steps and processes, which can
help achieve a predetermined objective. To have a strategy, one
must first develop an understanding of the situation and the
objectives in question. Once a plan of action has been
formulated, it must be implemented according to established
guidelines.

The strategy is seen as a selection of decisions or choices, which
aim to achieve a specific objective in order to be successful. In
essence, leadership has to do with the ability to take actions that
guide a group, such as an organization, towards established
objectives.
The purpose of the strategy is to change or create an
organizational structure, which is better equipped to achieve the
objectives of the organization.
