67 hotels completed- in excess of 4,000 hotel rooms
Developed high rise office buildings, apartments,
residential and warehouses in 16 states.
In 1982, first franchisee of Marriott’s Residence Inns
In 2000, completed two projects in the San Diego and San
Francisco markets totaling 428 keys with total
development costs in excess of $70,000,000.
In 2006 completed the successful development of the
$27,000,000 Cypress Landing condominium project in
SiliconValley.
This year launched theVivara brand, a full-service, luxury
hotel with signature restaurants, designer spa and state-of-
the-art meeting space.
