Air Canada (Canada) Reports 2019 Annual Results
• In the fourth quarter of 2019, Air Canada reported EBITDA of $665 million compared to fourth quarter 2018 EBITDA of $619 million, an
increase of $46 million or 7 per cent. As discussed above, the fourth quarter of 2019 was impacted by two one-time items which had the effect of
reducing EBITDA by approximately $60 million.
• In the fourth quarter of 2019, on a capacity increase of 3.3 per cent, record system passenger revenues of $3.975 billion increased $199 million
or 5.3 per cent from the fourth quarter of 2018. The increase in system passenger revenues was driven by traffic growth of 2.9 per cent and a
yield improvement of 2.3 per cent.
• In the fourth quarter of 2019, operating expenses of $4.284 billion increased $236 million or 6 per cent from the fourth quarter of 2018. Air
Canada's CASM increased 2.5 per cent from the fourth quarter of 2018. The airline's adjusted CASM increased 5.5 per cent over the fourth
quarter of 2018.
• Record fourth quarter 2019 net income amounted to $152 million or $0.56 per diluted share compared to a fourth quarter 2018 net loss of $360
million or $1.33 per diluted share. The fourth quarter of 2019 included foreign exchange gains of $92 million while the fourth quarter of 2018
included foreign exchange losses of $444 million.
• Air Canada reported adjusted net income (1) of $47 million or $0.17 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2019 compared to adjusted net
income of $55 million or $0.20 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2018.
• In 2019, on a capacity increase of 1.8 per cent, record system passenger revenues of $17.232 billion increased $1.071 billion or 6.6 per cent
from 2018. The increase in system passenger revenues was driven by a yield improvement of 4.6 per cent and traffic growth of 1.9 per cent.
System yield improved due to the constrained capacity resulting from the grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft as well as a generally
improved pricing environment, mainly in North America. The yield increases also included additional revenues from Aeroplan flight redemptions
and other revenues subsequent to the Aeroplan acquisition.
• In 2019, operating expenses of $17.481 billion increased $974 million or 6 per cent from 2018. Air Canada's cost per available seat mile
(CASM) increased 4.1 per cent from 2018. The airline's adjusted CASM (1) increased 6.1 per cent from 2018.
• Air Canada's full year 2019 EBITDA margin of 19.0 per cent met the target margin of approximately 19.0 per cent projected in Air Canada's
news release dated October 29, 2019.
• Full year 2019 net income amounted to $1.476 billion or $5.44 per diluted share compared to 2018 net income of $37 million or $0.13 per
diluted share. The year 2019 included foreign exchange gains of $499 million while 2018 included foreign exchange losses of $578 million

"I am very pleased to report strong fourth quarter and full year results for 2019, a year in which we generated record revenues in excess of
$19 billion and reached record levels of unrestricted liquidity, despite the loss to Air Canada of approximately 25 per cent of our
narrow-body fleet for most of the year following the worldwide grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX. These results underscore the airline's
ability to overcome major challenges as well as the deep commitment of Air Canada's 37,000 strong team, which took care of our
customers under extremely complicated operational circumstances. With this backdrop, I am especially proud that we were able to deliver
on the outlook we provided for key financial metrics for the year. Our discipline was rewarded by an 87 per cent return on our shares in
2019, which, when added to our returns over the previous nine years, made Air Canada the top performing stock on the TSX for the past
decade with a 3,575 per cent return," said President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada.

DP World (UAE) acquires Fraser Surrey Docks
DP World, the leading enabler of global trade, and one of the world's largest
port operators, announced it has completed the acquisition of Fraser Surrey
Docks from Macquarie Infrastructure Partners alongside its partner Caisse
de dépôt et placement du Québec. This acquisition complements DP
World's footprint in Canada, which also includes terminal operations in
Vancouver, Nanaimo, Prince Rupert and Saint John. The integrated
coast-to-coast platform provides customers with bulk, breakbulk and
general cargo services. DP World's global strategy is to become a trade
enabler and solutions provider as the company looks to participate across a
wider part of the supply chain. DP World has invested significantly across
its Ports, Logistics & Maritime Services businesses. The aim is to connect
directly with customers to offer logistics solutions and remove
inefficiencies in the supply chain to accelerate trade.

DP World (UAE) agrees to acquire a majority stake in TIS container terminal in
the Port of Yuzhny, Ukraine
DP World, has agreed to acquire a majority 51% stake in TIS Container Terminal in the Port
of Yuzhny, Ukraine, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including regulatory
approval. Bringing the TIS Container Terminal into DP World's global network of ports,
economic zones, warehousing, and inland logistics solutions will strengthen its position as
the market-leading terminal of Ukraine. This latest acquisition also complements the existing
operations of DP World's P&O Maritime Services business through a joint venture with TIS
Group, providing tugging, pilotage and other marine services in several Ukrainian ports.The
acquisition is in line with DP World's strategy to develop data-driven integrated logistics
solutions for moving cargo from the point of manufacture to final destination, deploying
technology to remove inefficiencies in the supply chain, and focusing on fast-growing
markets and key trade routes. Leveraging its operational and commercial expertise, DP
World employs international best practices to streamline terminal operations and focus on
our customers, delivering robust and consistent performance standards. The Ukrainian
container market grew over 20% in 2019, and TIS Container Terminal has one of the most
efficient railway connections in the region to major Ukrainian cities, supporting trade flows
to the hinterland.

Japan Airlines Innovation Fund announced the decision to invest in three mobility companies that are aiming to create and bring
next-generation transportation technology to the market. Japan Airlines Innovation Fund is a firm that specializes in providing CVC
funding to startup companies in an aim to create new values in the airline industry. During the Company`s current medium-term
management plan, developing and providing a comprehensive air mobility platform is a goal that the carrier has been aiming for and has
recently provided platforms to companies that are looking to demonstrate logistical drone services and to those planning to develop
eVTOL technology.In addition, the carrier will dedicate a team of experts from the company`s Innovation Division, Business Creation
Strategy Department, Mobility Group to help assist in accelerating and strengthening the partnership with the following startup
companies. JAL will further promote investment, collaboration, and co-creation in various startup companies both in Japan and

Performance Team
Maersk announces that it has reached an agreement to acquire Performance Team, a
US-based warehousing and distribution company, to further strengthen its
capabilities as an integrated container logistics company, offering end-to-end supply
chain solutions to its customers. As a leader in North America Warehousing &
Distribution, Performance Team specializes in B2B and B2C distribution solutions
within retail, wholesale and e-commerce with 24 warehousing sites. It has a track
record of profitable growth of 17% per year for the last four years, and revenue for
2019 of USD 525m. Maersk is targeting the Warehousing & Distribution component
to offer more supply chain options and flexibility to its Ocean customers. The global
size of the Warehousing & Distribution sector is estimated at more than USD 200bn
and for North America it is USD 50bn. There is a significant growth opportunity for
3rd party Warehousing & Distribution players as only a small part of the
Warehousing & Distribution sector in North America is currently outsourced and
e-commerce is growing 12% annually.

Air Canada announced it will launch non-stop service between Vancouver and Santa Ana in Orange County, California beginning June 15, 2020, subject
to final airport authority approvals. The Air Canada Airbus A319 aircraft offers a choice of two cabins configured with 14 Business Class and 106
Economy seats all featuring personal in-flight entertainment, as well as wi-fi onboard. All Air Canada flights provide for Aeroplan accumulation and
redemption and, for eligible customers, access to priority services, Maple Leaf Lounges and other benefits. Air Canada is the leading carrier between

Nippon Express launches intermodal transport service from Europe to Japan via Taicang, ChinaThis intermodal service combines
rail transport from Europe to China with marine transport from the Port of Taicang to major ports in Japan. The lead time from
the various railway terminals in Europe to these major Japanese ports is 26-28 days. An intermodal transport service from Japan
to Europe via Dalian, China using China-Europe railways was launched in May 2018, and then complemented in September 2019
by a Sea & Rail intermodal transport service via Xiamen, China. The significant interest shown by customers in this "third
transport mode" has prompted Nippon Express to consider developing products for other routes, and the latest addition to its
service lineup offers customers shorter lead times, lower costs and greater convenience. To address diversifying logistics needs
in future, Nippon Express will continue developing new transport products that combine a variety of modes to attain the goal of
"creating new ideas and value that expand the field of logistics" advocated in its Corporate Philosophy.

Delta has been named one of the 2020 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, according to global research and
consulting firm Great Place to Work® and Fortune. This is the fourth straight year Delta has earned this honor. Delta
is again the only airline on the list, which is based on employee ratings of their workplace culture, including the
pride they take in their jobs, the camaraderie they experience with co-workers, and level of trust they feel toward
leaders. Key to the Delta culture is sharing in the success made possible by its 90,000 people worldwide. Just last

Delta has again been recognized as one of America’s Most Sustainable Companies by Barron’s, an influential business publication that covers finance and markets.
Delta comes in at the No. 1 U.S. airline, and No. 39 among the 1,000 companies observed in five key categories: shareholders, employees, customers, community,
and planet. Barron’s relied on Calvert Research and Management to analyze the 1,000 largest U.S. public companies by market value. To calculate the ratings,
Calvert considered more than 230 key performance indicators that address environmental, social and corporate governance issues, such as workplace diversity,
data, security and greenhouse-gas emissions.
Some highlights of Delta’s ongoing sustainability and social responsibility efforts:
• Voluntarily capping emissions at 2012 levels even with 20 percent growth.
• Reducing overall emissions by 9 percent since 2005, working towards its long-term goal of reducing emissions by 50 percent by 2050.

Forbes has honored Delta as one of its 2020 Best Workplaces for Diversity, a select list of the 100 top employers - one of only three airlines ranked.
Forbes composes the list based on research by Statista, an independent market research firm. Delta's commitment to diversity and inclusion takes many
forms. Recently at CES, Delta announced partnerships with the Society of Women Engineers and Girls Who Code as part of the airline's efforts to seek
diversity, create equity and increase representation in STEM fields. The partnerships will further Delta's strategy of promoting gender diversity by
removing barriers, creating hiring pipelines and supporting community programs. Delta recognizes that reflecting and respecting the world are core to
its mission of connecting people. Delta focuses on strategic initiatives through community programs, a robust 20-year supplier diversity program, and

Lufthansa Group (Germany) achieves a top position among airlines in CDP
climate protection ranking 2019

The Lufthansa Group has achieved the Climate Scoring result "B" in the 2019 climate change reporting of the non-profit
rating organization CDP. As in the previous year, the airline group is thus once again listed in the second highest ranking
band and thus occupies one of the top positions among the airlines. CDP conducts the world's largest annual climate
ranking, which includes extensive information and data on CO2 emissions, reduction strategies and climate risks of the
participating companies. The Lufthansa Group has been participating in the CDP reporting since 2006, providing relevant
interest groups with transparent information about its climate protection strategy and measures to reduce CO2 emissions.
The CDP data is also used to a large extent in other assessments by leading rating agencies. CDP Climate Scores are
awarded annually on a scale from "A" (best result) to "D-". Companies that provide no or insufficient information are
marked with "F".

FedEx Corp.is proud to announce it has been recognized for its corporate sustainability and emissions management efforts by the CDP
(formerly known as the Carbon Disclosure Project). The company received an A- score in the prestigious “CDP Climate Change
Disclosure Ranking.” CDP is a leading environmental nonprofit that collects information and rates companies on climate risks,
disclosures and emissions management practices. FedEx has made great strides in reducing its carbon emissions intensity through the
company’s Reduce, Replace, Revolutionize strategy. The strategy focuses on reducing impacts and improving productivity while creating
new, more efficient and innovative solutions. These efforts have contributed to an approximately 37% reduction in CO2 emissions
intensity across the enterprise from FY09 to FY18, a period in which revenue grew by more than 84%. Awarded Leadership status for its
climate change disclosure with CDP, FedEx is one of 14% of companies in North America who received a score ofAin 2019. Companies
reaching the Leadership level represent best practice through their comprehensive disclosure of climate data, thorough awareness of
climate risks, demonstration of strong governance and management of those risks, and demonstration of market-leading best practices.

ANA Launches (Japan) New Sake Selections

All Nippon Airways, Japan's largest and 5-star airline for seven consecutive years, has partnered with renowned sake
sommelier Yasuyuki Kitahara the winner of the 4th World Sake Sommelier Competition, to update its sake selection.The new
sake selections were chosen through an in-depth tasting process and will be available on ANA's domestic and international
flights as well as in ANA SUITE LOUNGE. ANA selected a range of premium sake such as Jikon, Kamoshibito Kuheiji and
Kokuryu that reflects consumer tastes as determined by consumer preferences and expert opinion including selections from
various breweries. ANA evaluated the products of 319 sake breweries selecting 46 of its favorites for the updated menu. ANA
and Kitahara evaluated sake based on taste as well as how well they paired with in-flight cuisine and their seasonal appeal.
This led to the creation of a balanced sake menu that offers something tailored to the palates of every passenger. The sakes
range from summer-themed refreshing and fruity flavors to robust sakes ideally suited to the changing weather of autumn.

American Airlines (USA) and Qatar Airways Sign Strategic Partnership Deal
and Codeshare Agreement

American Airlines has renewed its codeshare agreement with Qatar Airways, a premier carrier and member of the oneworld® alliance in the
Arabian Peninsula. This is the first step in building a strategic partnership between the airlines that will increase commercial cooperation, bolster
connectivity and create new travel options for customers. Following restoration of the codeshare, American will begin exploring the addition of
service from the U.S. to Doha. American Airlines offers customers 6,800 daily flights to more than 365 destinations in 61 countries from its hubs
in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Washington, D.C. With a shared purpose of
caring for people on life's journey, American's 130,000 global team members serve more than 200 million customers annually. Since 2013,
American has invested more than $28 billion in its product and people and now flies the youngest fleet among U.S. network carriers, equipped

Delta and the hometown Atlanta Falcons teamed up to build 100 bikes for people in the Atlanta community. This week more than
180 Delta people volunteered their time to transform the Delta SKY360 Club at Mercedes-Benz Stadium – home of the Falcons
- into a bike-building workshop. Delta people were joined by mascot Freddie the Falcon, Falcons cheerleaders and former
Falcons greats Mike Jenkins, Michael Turner and Alge Crumpler, who participated in the bike building process as well as a
special delivery of the bikes to preschool students at the YMCA following the build.These 100 bikes are being donated to Atlanta
partners including the YMCA of Metro Atlanta and the Atlanta Police Foundation.The YMCA partnership allows us to provide
support both financially and through lending our time and talents in volunteerism. Delta and the YMCA share a core belief:

through a services agreement that will allow Group Renault to display ZITY’s brand and technology in Paris. Particularly, in
March 2020, a fleet of 500 100% electric Renault ZOE cars equipped with ZITY’s technology will be available to Parisians
on a self-service basis. This is a particularly flexible and adapted offer that responds to a strong trend: 20% of the capital’s
inhabitants have recourse to car-sharing. Zity is a car-sharing service, which rents electric cars per minute. The cars are

Russian Airlines and Japan Airlines announced a codeshare agreement that will offer added flexibility to passengers traveling between Russia
and Japan. The codeshare comes into effect from March 29, 2020, with ticket sales launching at the beginning of March. Both airlines will
operate daily services between Tokyo Haneda and Moscow Sheremetyevo under the codeshare agreement, as well as on connecting flights to
major cities in Russia and Japan, thereby expanding the range of options available to passengers. Japan Airlines will add its “JL” designator
codes on 10 major Russian destinations, such as St. Petersburg, Kazan and Yekaterinburg. Aeroflot will place its “SU” designator codes on 10
popular Japanese destinations, such as Sapporo, Osaka and Fukuoka. Aeroflot has operated a daily flight from Moscow to Tokyo since 1967,
and is the leading carrier on East-West transit routes between fast-growing markets in Asia, Europe and North America. The Russian flag

Japan Airlines and Amadeus IT Group SA agreed to develop and integrate the carrier`s NDC1 contents through the Amadeus
Travel Platform. By adopting the NDC standard, travel professionals will have visual access to the carrier`s products, including
high resolution images and video content, during the reservation process. Through this agreement, JAL will enrich the booking
experience for travel professionals by showcasing the carrier`s award-winning seat products and newly revamped airport lounges
in Japan. In addition, through the realization of this project, JAL plans to introduce MaaS4 platforms, allowing customers to use
various modes of transportation in a stress-free, one-stop manner. During the first quarter of fiscal year 2020, the carrier will work
with an online travel content aggregator, TRAVELFUSION, providing access to select travel professionals. In the following
phases, JAL will provide NDC based contents through other aggregators, opening up the service to additional travel professionals
utilizing GDS services. Going forward, JAL will proactively incorporate new technology to become one of the world's most

Japan Airlines and MIAT Mongolian Airlines announced a codeshare agreement to expand both carrier’s international network
between Mongolia and Japan. The agreement will allow Japan Airlines to offer flights between Ulaanbaatar and two major cities in
Japan, Tokyo-Narita and Osaka-Kansai. At the same time, MIAT will start offering flights beyond Narita to Osaka Itami and Nagoya
Chubu, in addition to five international destinations, namely Singapore, Melbourne, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Busan. Operations
of codeshare flights are subject to regulatory approvals. MIAT Mongolian Airlines, the national flag-carrier of Mongolia, was
founded in 1956 and is operating 11 scheduled international destinations out of the capital city Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The core
business activities comprise of passenger and cargo air transportation, engineering and maintenance services, air charter and ground
handling services. Its fleet of six aircraft includes four Boeing 737-800 and two Boeing 767-300ER planes. MIAT is proud to become
the first carrier in Mongolia to be awarded with 3 STAR rating by SKYTRAX and is committed to the highest standards of safety and
has consistently passed all regulations and requirements from the Mongolian Civil Aviation Authority as well as from ICAO.

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd have jointly obtained "Approval in Principle"
from Bureau Veritas for the design of a new cold energy use regasification system, "Cryo-Powered Regas", for Floating Storage and
Regasification Unit. MOL and DSME have been jointly developing this "Cryo-Powered Regas" system to enhance fuel consumption
efficiency and reduce CO2 emission of FSRU. The "Cryo-Powered Regas" system, which MOL and DSME obtained the AIP this
time, will enable to utilize the LNG cold energy as power generation by adopting the Organic Rankine Cycle in the FSRU
regasification process. The system is targeted to reduce the fuel gas consumption and CO2 emission for FSRU approximately 50%
by recovering approx. 70% of the power consumption in the regasification process at maximum rated regas flow rate. Organic
Rankine Cycle system itself is a proven technology that has been utilized in multiple onshore LNG terminals for around 40 years.
This will be however the world's first case to adopt the system for FSRU.

the regasification process of FSRU. "Cryo-Powered Regas" technology is expected to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emission of FSRU
significantly. MOL and DSME plan to test the technology in a small-scale pilot facility within 2020 and provide the safe and environmentally
friendly technology to customers in future FSRU projects. MOL values promoting environmental and emission-free businesses. This project
is one of the cases where MOL will take proactive measures to enhance environmental compatibility of its services. In MOL's management
plan, "Rolling Plan 2019", MOL has positioned its Offshore Business as a field where MOL can leverage its strengths. FSRUs are drawing
attention as a solution for flexibility and mobility in both the LNG and Electricity supply chain. MOL will promote the FSRU business and
its associated services, which meets customer needs for diversified energy procurement and SDGs achievement, as the leading company of

Financial, M&A Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable Air Canada (Canada) Reports 2019 Annual Results • In the fourth quarter of 2019, Air Canada reported EBITDA of $665 million compared to fourth quarter 2018 EBITDA of $619 million, an increase of $46 million or 7 per cent. As discussed above, the fourth quarter of 2019 was impacted by two one-time items which had the effect of reducing EBITDA by approximately $60 million. • In the fourth quarter of 2019, on a capacity increase of 3.3 per cent, record system passenger revenues of $3.975 billion increased $199 million or 5.3 per cent from the fourth quarter of 2018. The increase in system passenger revenues was driven by traffic growth of 2.9 per cent and a yield improvement of 2.3 per cent. • In the fourth quarter of 2019, operating expenses of $4.284 billion increased $236 million or 6 per cent from the fourth quarter of 2018. Air Canada's CASM increased 2.5 per cent from the fourth quarter of 2018. The airline's adjusted CASM increased 5.5 per cent over the fourth quarter of 2018. • Record fourth quarter 2019 net income amounted to $152 million or $0.56 per diluted share compared to a fourth quarter 2018 net loss of $360 million or $1.33 per diluted share. The fourth quarter of 2019 included foreign exchange gains of $92 million while the fourth quarter of 2018 included foreign exchange losses of $444 million. • Air Canada reported adjusted net income (1) of $47 million or $0.17 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2019 compared to adjusted net income of $55 million or $0.20 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2018. • In 2019, on a capacity increase of 1.8 per cent, record system passenger revenues of $17.232 billion increased $1.071 billion or 6.6 per cent from 2018. The increase in system passenger revenues was driven by a yield improvement of 4.6 per cent and traffic growth of 1.9 per cent. System yield improved due to the constrained capacity resulting from the grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft as well as a generally improved pricing environment, mainly in North America. The yield increases also included additional revenues from Aeroplan flight redemptions and other revenues subsequent to the Aeroplan acquisition. • In 2019, operating expenses of $17.481 billion increased $974 million or 6 per cent from 2018. Air Canada's cost per available seat mile (CASM) increased 4.1 per cent from 2018. The airline's adjusted CASM (1) increased 6.1 per cent from 2018. • Air Canada's full year 2019 EBITDA margin of 19.0 per cent met the target margin of approximately 19.0 per cent projected in Air Canada's news release dated October 29, 2019. • Full year 2019 net income amounted to $1.476 billion or $5.44 per diluted share compared to 2018 net income of $37 million or $0.13 per diluted share. The year 2019 included foreign exchange gains of $499 million while 2018 included foreign exchange losses of $578 million Executive Commentary "I am very pleased to report strong fourth quarter and full year results for 2019, a year in which we generated record revenues in excess of $19 billion and reached record levels of unrestricted liquidity, despite the loss to Air Canada of approximately 25 per cent of our narrow-body fleet for most of the year following the worldwide grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX. These results underscore the airline's ability to overcome major challenges as well as the deep commitment of Air Canada's 37,000 strong team, which took care of our customers under extremely complicated operational circumstances. With this backdrop, I am especially proud that we were able to deliver on the outlook we provided for key financial metrics for the year. Our discipline was rewarded by an 87 per cent return on our shares in 2019, which, when added to our returns over the previous nine years, made Air Canada the top performing stock on the TSX for the past decade with a 3,575 per cent return," said President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada. This acquisition complements DP World's footprint in Canada, which also includes terminal operations in Vancouver, Nanaimo, Prince Rupert and Saint John. The integrated coast-to-coast platform provides customers with bulk, breakbulk and general cargo services. DP World's global strategy is to become a trade enabler and solutions provider as the company looks to participate across a wider part of the supply chain. DP World has invested significantly across its Ports, Logistics & Maritime Services businesses. The aim is to connect directly with customers to offer logistics solutions and remove inefficiencies in the supply chain to accelerate trade. Bringing the TIS Container Terminal into DP World's global network of ports, economic zones, warehousing, and inland logistics solutions will strengthen its position as the market-leading terminal of Ukraine. This latest acquisition also complements the existing operations of DP World's P&O Maritime Services business through a joint venture with TIS Group, providing tugging, pilotage and other marine services in several Ukrainian ports.The acquisition is in line with DP World's strategy to develop data-driven integrated logistics solutions for moving cargo from the point of manufacture to final destination, deploying technology to remove inefficiencies in the supply chain, and focusing on fast-growing markets and key trade routes. As a leader in North America Warehousing & Distribution, Performance Team specializes in B2B and B2C distribution solutions within retail, wholesale and e-commerce with 24 warehousing sites. It has a track record of profitable growth of 17% per year for the last four years, and revenue for 2019 of USD 525m. Maersk is targeting the Warehousing & Distribution component to offer more supply chain options and flexibility to its Ocean customers.
