• Increased cargo volume and ability to maintain realization enabled core EBITDA to grow by
10% from Rs.3,292 cr. in H1FY19 to Rs.3,634 cr., in H1 FY20. EBITDA margins were at 65%
in H1 FY20 compared to 66% in H1 FY19.

Thus, the total payout to shareholders for FY19 was 50% compared to 11% in FY 18.
Executive Commentary
Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Director of APSEZ said “APSEZ continues to gain
market share due to strategy of having multi commodity ports across key locations. Our
market share in H1 FY20 has increased by 100 bps to 22% of all India cargo volume and to
35% of all India container volume.Though Q2 of FY20 was subdued container volume
continues to be strong. We expect H2FY20 to be better and confident of achieving 224-228
MMT of cargo throughput in FY20.With the recent cut in Repo rate, corporate tax reduction
and resolve of the Government to accelerate economic growth, we expect economy to revive
from Q1FY21. With our pan India presence and ability to handle all types of cargo at all our
ports, we are best placed to capture the revival in Indian economy and are confident of
achieving 10 to 12% CAGR cargo volume growth for the next few years.Automation and
use of technology to handle cargo, sweating of enhanced capacity and better cargo mix will
continue to drive margin expansion. We believe sustainable development as a core value for

AerCap Holdings (Ireland) N.V. Reports Financial Results for the Third
Quarter 2019 and Announces New Share Repurchase Program
• Net income was $270.3 million, compared with $263.4 million for the same period in 2018. Diluted earnings per share was $2.01,
compared with $1.79 for the same period in 2018.
• The increase in net income was primarily driven by higher lease rents resulting from an increase in average lease assets due to the
delivery of new technology aircraft from July 2018 through September 2019, as well as higher net gain on sale of assets.
• Diluted earnings per share increased 12%, driven by the same factors as net income and the repurchase of 14.7 million shares from
July 2018 through September 2019.
• Basic lease rents were $1,066.6 million for the third quarter of 2019, compared with $1,038.5 million for the same period in 2018. The
increase was primarily due to a $2.4 billion increase in average lease assets.
• Maintenance rents and other receipts were $72.6 million for the third quarter of 2019, compared with $93.9 million for the same period
in 2018. The decrease was primarily due to lower maintenance revenue recognized as a result of lease terminations.
• Net gain on sale of assets for the third quarter of 2019 was $40.5 million, relating to 19 aircraft sold for $561.3 million, compared with
$20.0 million for the same period in 2018, relating to 13 aircraft sold for $187.5 million. The increase was primarily due to the volume
and composition of asset sales.
• Interest expense excluding mark-to-market of interest rate caps of $3.4 million was $308.9 million for the third quarter of 2019,
compared with $297.0 million for the same period in 2018. Our average cost of debt was 4.2% for the third quarter of 2019, compared
with 4.1% for the same period in 2018. Our average cost of debt includes debt issuance costs, upfront fees, undrawn fees, commitment
fees and original issuance discount fees of approximately 0.3%.
• Leasing expenses were $44.1 million for the third quarter of 2019, compared with $84.8 million for the same period in 2018. The
decrease was primarily due to a decrease in maintenance rights expense as a result of lower maintenance activity during the period and
the lower maintenance rights asset balance as well as a decrease in other leasing expenses recognized as a result of lease terminations.
Asset impairment charges were $31.2 million for the third quarter of 2019, compared to $12.8 million recorded for the same period in
2018. Asset impairment charges recorded in the third quarter of 2019 primarily related to lease terminations and were partially offset
by related maintenance revenue recognized upon termination.
Executive Commentary
CEO of AerCap, commented: “We are very pleased to report another quarter of strong results. During the third quarter of 2019
we generated earnings per share of $2.01 and net income of $270 million. The 108 aircraft transactions executed this quarter
demonstrate the scale and reach of the AerCap platform. Our earnings consistency and the discipline we have shown in managing
our business are reflected in S&P’s recent upgrade of AerCap to BBB, another important milestone in our continuing upward
ratings trajectory.”

Aeroflot (Russia) announces 9M 2019 IFRS financial results
• Since 2019, as per the requirements of the new IFRS 16 Leases standard, the Group’s results for the year-ago period are presented to reflect the impact of
the new standard.
• In 9M 2019, Aeroflot Group’s revenue increased by 12.4% year-on-year to RUB 523,983 million.
• Revenue from scheduled passenger flights increased by 13.6% year-on-year to RUB 431,181 million, due to an increase in passenger traffic and the
additional impact of rising yields. Revenue from charter flights increased by 0.9% to RUB 30,853 million.
• Cargo revenue rose by 6.0% to RUB 13,613 million year-on-year as cargo and mail volumes grew by 4.6%.
• Other revenue increased by 11.0% year-on-year to RUB 48,336 million due to a rise in FX-denominated revenues from agreements with other airlines and
a rise in revenues from the frequent flyer programme.
• In 9M 2019, operating costs increased by 15.8% to RUB 462,288 million, primarily due to an increase in operations supported by a growth in capacities
of 12.4% year-on-year.
• Aircraft fuel costs increased by 10.3% year-on-year to RUB 145,569 million. This was mainly due to the Group’s operational development and an increase
in carrying capacity.
• Excluding fuel costs, operating costs increased by 18.4% year-on-year to RUB 316,719 million.
• Expenses related to aircraft servicing and passenger service amounted to RUB 96,893 million, a 20.7% increase year-on-year, due primarily to the growth
of passenger traffic and increased airport fares in domestic airports.
• Amortisation and customs tariffs increased by 21.6% year-on-year to RUB 79,980 million. This increase was due to the expansion of the Group’s fleet over
a 12-month period. Following the introduction of the IFRS 16 standard, depreciation expenses have become more significant as they affect all aircraft on the
Company’s balance sheet.
• Staff costs increased by 9.9% year-on-year to RUB 66,859 million, mainly due to an increase in the number of flight crew to support the Group’s growth.
• Expenses related to aircraft maintenance increased by 44.6% year-on-year to RUB 23,942 million. These expenses were affected by an increase in aircraft
servicing, which in turn was due to an increase in flight hours and the depreciation of the ruble, as well as to maintaining product quality.
• Selling, general and administrative expenses (SG&A) increased by 13.2% year-on-year to RUB 22,481 million due primarily to growth of the business.
The Group continues to maintain strict control of non-operating expenses.
• Lease expenses amounted to RUB 5,758 million. These include expenses associated with short-term leases, variable lease payments and lease of low-value
assets, which under the IFRS 16 standard are not recognised as the Group’s liabilities and assets.
• Other expenses increased by 4.7% year-on-year and amounted to RUB 20,806 million.
• As a result of these factors, EBITDA totalled RUB 141,675 million while EBITDA margin was 27.0 %.
Executive Commentary
PJSC Aeroflot Deputy CEO for Commerce and Finance, said:“The results of the third quarter – the high summer season – were positive for Aeroflot
Group. The Group posted a net profit of RUB 29.1 billion for the quarter, and as a result generated a positive result of RUB 20.3 billion for the first
nine months of 2019.These results were achieved through the development of our revenue and expense management initiatives, launching new
services to improve passenger comfort and maintaining strict cost control. Along with simple decisions on the budgeting and financial control front,
we implemented a number of initiatives to increase internal efficiency, including negotiations with partners to agree on more favourable financial
terms. In 9M and 3Q 2019, CASK saw a slight increase of 3.0% and 1.2%, respectively. The 9M results should be considered in the context of external
factors, including market trends during the first half of the year. The year began with consistently high fuel prices and FX pressures on the non-RUB
component of our expenses, which contributed for our moderate results in the first half of 2019.While there have been no sharp jumps during 2019,
fuel costs remained significantly above the historical average. Given passengers’ limited purchasing power, this put additional pressure on the
Company’s financial results. In addition, in the second quarter, the closure of Pakistan's airspace led to additional fuel costs as flight times to
destinations in Thailand, India and Vietnam increased.”

offering to multiple geographies. Established in 2003 and based in Singapore, Feedertech operates two

DHL (Germany) & Hewlett Packard Enterprise take aim at invoice pro-

Solution Description
DHL Global Forwarding, the air and ocean freight specialist of Deutsche Post DHL Group, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)
have worked to deploy a blockchain solution supporting logistics payment processing. Based upon smart contracts and blockchain
technology, this solution offers a more robust alternative to back-end processes which are often error-prone and tedious. DHL
believes blockchain has significant potential in this area and (by deploying a solution in conjunction with a major customer) intends
to take a leading position in the application of this technology. The growing number of digital solutions and services deployed by
DHL Global Forwarding is fully in line with Deutsche Post DHL Group's recently presented new corporate "Strategy 2025 -
Delivering excellence in a digital world".Live since July 1, this Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solution links multiple entities of
HPE and DHL Global Forwarding for one-off order management. One-offs are defined as requests for shipments that can be
supported by the DHL network, but that are not part of the standard contract. The MVP aims to address some of the pain points in the
approval process by making use of the inherent functionality of a distributed ledger. It simplifies the approval process and clearly
identifies the shipment quotes that are approved (by whom, and when) - all in immutable records.

Lufthansa (Germany) and SWISS customers can purchase climate-neutral
fuels when booking their flights
For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com
33
After successfully completing the test phase, the "Compensaid" platform developed by the Lufthansa Innovation Hub will become the
Lufthansa Group's central compensation service. Lufthansa and SWISS customers can now find "Compensaid" directly in the airlines'
booking portals. This enables them to largely offset the unavoidable CO2 emissions from their flight with Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF).
SAF is one of the most promising options for making the future of aviation climate-neutral.Industry-wide use has so far failed because of the
available quantity and high costs of this innovative fuel, as so far only a few refineries worldwide have been able to produce SAF certified
and in sufficient quantities.Alternatively, travellers can support reforestation projects through the Swiss foundation myclimate, which has
been a partner of the Lufthansa Group for effective climate protection since 2007, and thus achieve positive long-term climate effects. With
the "Compensaid" platform, customers have the choice of which approach they want to use to reduce CO2emissions from their flight. It is also
possible to combine both alternatives. The Lufthansa Group has been committed to a sustainable and responsible corporate policy for decades
and is strongly committed to limiting the environmental impact of its business activities to an unavoidable level. To this end, the Group invests
continuously: Over the next ten years, the Lufthansa Group will receive a new, more fuel-efficient aircraft every two weeks on average.

American Airlines announces new partnership, invests $125,000 to break
the cycle of poverty in Philadelphia

American Airlines launched a new $125,000 initiative at a roundtable symposium this week with Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney, the National Service Year
Task Force and the region’s largest hunger relief organization, Philabundance, to address the root causes of poverty that keep nearly a fourth of the city’s
residents from achieving financial stability. The project helps focus American’s local impact on community-based solutions that bring nonprofit, government
and business leaders together to tackle interrelated issues like educational outcomes, hunger and job readiness, which hold back Philadelphians and the city’s
future progress. At the event, American committed $75,000 to the Philadelphia Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Service, which oversees more than
2,500 members serving in almost 30 programs annually, including City Year, PowerCorpsPHL and AmeriCorps VISTA. The investment will be used to create
a new fund that helps improve access to Philadelphia-based service year opportunities, provide greater financial stability for those involved and create career
pipelines as participants graduate and seek employment.Philadelphia has the highest poverty rate among the nation’s 10 largest metropolitan areas — and the
effects of food and housing instability, crime, a poor education and limited work opportunities create a cycle that is difficult to break.American is investing
an additional $50,000 in Philabundance to support programs that pair nourishment with other training, resources and tools to help individuals and families
realize long-term stability. The funding announcement deepens American’s partnership with Philabundance and expands their efforts to end hunger for good
through their Community Kitchen vocational training and Connectors collaborative “food plus” partnership programs.

Gibson Energy and USD Announce Joint Venture to Construct DRU at Hardisty Utilizing Innovative
DRUbit™ Technology and Agreement with ConocoPhillips for 50,000 bbl/d of Capacity
For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com
37
US Development Group, LLC (through a wholly-owned affiliate, collectively USD) and Gibson Energy Inc. jointly announced an agreement to construct and
operate a diluent recovery unit (DRU) near Hardisty, Alberta, Canada. ConocoPhillips Canada has contracted to process 50,000 barrels per day of inlet bitumen
blend through the DRU to be shipped by Canadian Pacific (CP) (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) and Kansas City Southern Railway Company (KCS) (NYSE: KCS) to the
U.S. Gulf Coast. USD and Gibson are currently in commercial discussions with other potential producer and refiner customers to secure long-term, take-or-pay
agreements for an additional 50,000 barrels per day at the proposed DRU. USD's patented DRU technology separates the diluent that has been added to the raw
bitumen in the production process which meets two important market needs – it returns the recovered diluent for reuse in the Alberta market, reducing delivered
costs for diluent, and it creates DRUbit™, a proprietary heavy Canadian crude oil specifically designed for rail transportation. DRUbit™ is crude oil or bitumen
that has been returned to a more concentrated, viscous state that creates safety and environmental benefits when transported by rail in Canada and the U.S. DRUbit
™ is a market access solution that will satisfy demand for heavy Canadian crude oil on the U.S. Gulf Coast and in other markets at a cost that is economically
competitive to the crude oil that is transported by pipeline.Construction of the DRU is expected to take approximately 18 to 24 months and is subject to certain
conditions, including obtaining agreements to underpin the economics of the project and receipt of required regulatory approvals, including from the Alberta
Energy Regulator. The DRU could be placed into service as early as the second quarter of 2021.

Canadian Pacific will continue to work with Teck Resources Limited ("Teck") to develop customized service tailored to meet Teck's
future shipping requirements, while maximizing the additional capacity opportunities in light of today's announcement. Earlier, Teck
announced, starting in April 2021, it would begin moving a higher volume of coal with Canadian National via the interchange with CP at
Kamloops, B.C. to the west coast. CP will continue to serve Teck at the respective originating mine sites.CP's ten-year agreement with
Teck expires at the end of March 2021. The movement from the mine sites to Kamloops represents approximately two-thirds of the
journey Teck's coal makes along CP's network today. Based on CP's current estimates and assumptions with respect to its performance
and financial condition, CP estimates that this change in length of haul for the affected volume could, without the addition of offsetting
volumes, negatively impact earnings by approximately 1 percent in 2021.Canadian Pacific is a transcontinental railway in Canada and the
United States with direct links to major ports on the west and east coasts. CP provides North American customers a competitive rail
service with access to key markets in every corner of the globe. CP is growing with its customers, offering a suite of freight transportation

Global trade enabler DP World has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with Namibia’s Nara Namib Free Economic Industrial Zone to develop a free economic
zone for industry and logistics in Walvis Bay to support the growth of Namibia as a regional hub for Southern Africa. The development will help Namibia grow as a centre for
industrial operations and logistics, creating opportunities and jobs across multiple sectors including agriculture, fishing, automotive and mining. The facility at Walvis Bay will
provide businesses with development-ready land for industrial and logistics operations, pre-built warehouses and office accommodation. The first phase will be a gross
developed area of 50 hectares, with expansion opportunities up to 1,500 hectares. The parties have set the second quarter of 2020 as the target date for reaching a definitive
agreement on the project. Development of the first 50 hectares phase of the zone has the potential to create 3,000 jobs and help attract investment to Namibia of N$ 3.5 billion
(approx. US$237 million). Expansion to 1,500 hectares is expected to increase the potential investment to N$25 billion (around US$1.7 billion) with 20,000 job opportunities.

  • 6. Financial, M&A Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable Adani Ports (India) And Logistics Announces H1FY20 Result • Adani Ports and SEZ ltd., continues to handle record cargo. In H1 FY20 cargo throughput was 109 MMT a year on year growth of 9%. Ports across all the three regions registered strong growth. Dhamra the eastern port of APSEZ registered a growth of 46%, Kattupalli the southern port registered a growth of 17%. The western ports of Hazira grew by 7% and Mundra grew by 5%. • Total Revenue on a year on year basis grew by 12 % from Rs.5,019 cr. in H1 FY19 to Rs.5,616 cr. in H1 FY20. This is primarily on account of port revenue increasing by 13% and revenue from logistic operations increasing by 43%. • Increased cargo volume and ability to maintain realization enabled core EBITDA to grow by 10% from Rs.3,292 cr. in H1FY19 to Rs.3,634 cr., in H1 FY20. EBITDA margins were at 65% in H1 FY20 compared to 66% in H1 FY19. • Profit before Tax increased by 31% from Rs.1,722 cr. in H1 FY19 to Rs.2,248 cr. in H1 FY20. Similarly, Profit after Tax increased by 58% from Rs.1,296 cr. in H1 FY19 to Rs.2,055 cr. in H1 FY20. • EPS for H1 FY20 was Rs.10.03. • APSEZ successfully completed its first buyback of 3.92 cr. equity shares at an offer price of Rs.500 per share. This payout was in addition to the 10% dividend paid to investors for FY 19. Thus, the total payout to shareholders for FY19 was 50% compared to 11% in FY 18. Executive Commentary Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Director of APSEZ said “APSEZ continues to gain market share due to strategy of having multi commodity ports across key locations. Our market share in H1 FY20 has increased by 100 bps to 22% of all India cargo volume and to 35% of all India container volume.Though Q2 of FY20 was subdued container volume continues to be strong. We expect H2FY20 to be better and confident of achieving 224-228 MMT of cargo throughput in FY20.With the recent cut in Repo rate, corporate tax reduction and resolve of the Government to accelerate economic growth, we expect economy to revive from Q1FY21. With our pan India presence and ability to handle all types of cargo at all our ports, we are best placed to capture the revival in Indian economy and are confident of achieving 10 to 12% CAGR cargo volume growth for the next few years.Automation and use of technology to handle cargo, sweating of enhanced capacity and better cargo mix will continue to drive margin expansion. We believe sustainable development as a core value for our business future proofing. Protecting our environment, creating and maintaining safe operating environment and adopting best corporate practices will continue to be our focus areas”. The increase was primarily due to a $2.4 billion increase in average lease assets. • Maintenance rents and other receipts were $72.6 million for the third quarter of 2019, compared with $93.9 million for the same period in 2018. The decrease was primarily due to lower maintenance revenue recognized as a result of lease terminations. • Net gain on sale of assets for the third quarter of 2019 was $40.5 million, relating to 19 aircraft sold for $561.3 million, compared with $20.0 million for the same period in 2018, relating to 13 aircraft sold for $187.5 million. The increase was primarily due to the volume and composition of asset sales. • Interest expense excluding mark-to-market of interest rate caps of $3.4 million was $308.9 million for the third quarter of 2019, compared with $297.0 million for the same period in 2018. The decrease was primarily due to a decrease in maintenance rights expense as a result of lower maintenance activity during the period and the lower maintenance rights asset balance as well as a decrease in other leasing expenses recognized as a result of lease terminations. Asset impairment charges were $31.2 million for the third quarter of 2019, compared to $12.8 million recorded for the same period in 2018. Asset impairment charges recorded in the third quarter of 2019 primarily related to lease terminations and were partially offset by related maintenance revenue recognized upon termination. Executive Commentary CEO of AerCap, commented: “We are very pleased to report another quarter of strong results. During the third quarter of 2019 we generated earnings per share of $2.01 and net income of $270 million. Financial, M&A Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable Aeroflot (Russia) announces 9M 2019 IFRS financial results • Since 2019, as per the requirements of the new IFRS 16 Leases standard, the Group’s results for the year-ago period are presented to reflect the impact of the new standard. • In 9M 2019, Aeroflot Group’s revenue increased by 12.4% year-on-year to RUB 523,983 million. • Revenue from scheduled passenger flights increased by 13.6% year-on-year to RUB 431,181 million, due to an increase in passenger traffic and the additional impact of rising yields. Revenue from charter flights increased by 0.9% to RUB 30,853 million. • Cargo revenue rose by 6.0% to RUB 13,613 million year-on-year as cargo and mail volumes grew by 4.6%. • Other revenue increased by 11.0% year-on-year to RUB 48,336 million due to a rise in FX-denominated revenues from agreements with other airlines and a rise in revenues from the frequent flyer programme. • In 9M 2019, operating costs increased by 15.8% to RUB 462,288 million, primarily due to an increase in operations supported by a growth in capacities of 12.4% year-on-year. • Aircraft fuel costs increased by 10.3% year-on-year to RUB 145,569 million. This was mainly due to the Group’s operational development and an increase in carrying capacity. • Excluding fuel costs, operating costs increased by 18.4% year-on-year to RUB 316,719 million. • Expenses related to aircraft servicing and passenger service amounted to RUB 96,893 million, a 20.7% increase year-on-year, due primarily to the growth of passenger traffic and increased airport fares in domestic airports. • Amortisation and customs tariffs increased by 21.6% year-on-year to RUB 79,980 million. This increase was due to the expansion of the Group’s fleet over a 12-month period. Following the introduction of the IFRS 16 standard, depreciation expenses have become more significant as they affect all aircraft on the Company’s balance sheet. • Staff costs increased by 9.9% year-on-year to RUB 66,859 million, mainly due to an increase in the number of flight crew to support the Group’s growth. • Expenses related to aircraft maintenance increased by 44.6% year-on-year to RUB 23,942 million. These expenses were affected by an increase in aircraft servicing, which in turn was due to an increase in flight hours and the depreciation of the ruble, as well as to maintaining product quality. • Selling, general and administrative expenses (SG&A) increased by 13.2% year-on-year to RUB 22,481 million due primarily to growth of the business. The Group continues to maintain strict control of non-operating expenses. • Lease expenses amounted to RUB 5,758 million. These include expenses associated with short-term leases, variable lease payments and lease of low-value assets, which under the IFRS 16 standard are not recognised as the Group’s liabilities and assets. • Other expenses increased by 4.7% year-on-year and amounted to RUB 20,806 million. • As a result of these factors, EBITDA totalled RUB 141,675 million while EBITDA margin was 27.0 %. Executive Commentary PJSC Aeroflot Deputy CEO for Commerce and Finance, said:“The results of the third quarter – the high summer season – were positive for Aeroflot Group. The Group posted a net profit of RUB 29.1 billion for the quarter, and as a result generated a positive result of RUB 20.3 billion for the first nine months of 2019.These results were achieved through the development of our revenue and expense management initiatives, launching new services to improve passenger comfort and maintaining strict cost control. Along with simple decisions on the budgeting and financial control front, we implemented a number of initiatives to increase internal efficiency, including negotiations with partners to agree on more favourable financial terms. In 9M and 3Q 2019, CASK saw a slight increase of 3.0% and 1.2%, respectively. The 9M results should be considered in the context of external factors, including market trends during the first half of the year. The year began with consistently high fuel prices and FX pressures on the non-RUB component of our expenses, which contributed for our moderate results in the first half of 2019.While there have been no sharp jumps during 2019, fuel costs remained significantly above the historical average. Given passengers’ limited purchasing power, this put additional pressure on the Company’s financial results. In addition, in the second quarter, the closure of Pakistan's airspace led to additional fuel costs as flight times to destinations in Thailand, India and Vietnam increased.” For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com 3 Key Financial Highlights

DRUbit™ is crude oil or bitumen that has been returned to a more concentrated, viscous state that creates safety and environmental benefits when transported by rail in Canada and the U.S. DRUbit ™ is a market access solution that will satisfy demand for heavy Canadian crude oil on the U.S. Gulf Coast and in other markets at a cost that is economically competitive to the crude oil that is transported by pipeline.Construction of the DRU is expected to take approximately 18 to 24 months and is subject to certain conditions, including obtaining agreements to underpin the economics of the project and receipt of required regulatory approvals, including from the Alberta Energy Regulator. The DRU could be placed into service as early as the second quarter of 2021. Description
