Adani Ports (India) Acquires Dighi Port; Earmarks INR 10,000 Cr To Build New
Gateway Into Maharashtra
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. completed the acquisition of 100% Dighi Port Limited
(DPL) for INR 705 Cr on February 15, 2021. The company had intimated the commencement of this
development to stock exchanges on March 6, 2020. DPL, the 12th port to join APSEZ’s string of
economic gateways across the eastern and western coast of India would establish the company’s
footprint in Maharashtra, the largest contributor to India’s GDP. This would enable APSEZ to service
customers in Maharashtra which includes the highly industrial areas and development in the Mumbai
& Pune regions. APSEZ plans to invest over INR 10,000 Cr to develop the port into a multi-cargo port
with world class infrastructure as well as investing in the development of rail & road evacuation
infrastructure for seamless and efficient cargo movement. The company will strengthen and repair
existing infrastructure and invest in development of facilities for dry, container, and liquid cargo. DPL
will evolve as an alternative gateway to JNPT and will invite and support the development of
port-based industries on port land. The development of DPL will lead to further investments across
various industries such as consumer appliances, metals, energy, petrochemicals, and chemicals
business in Maharashtra and provide a tremendous fillip to the industrial development and growth in
Maharashtra. These investments will contribute to employment generation and socio-economic
development of the port's hinterland. As per the terms & requirements of the Resolution Plan, the
transfer of concession rights has also been approved by the Maharashtra Maritime Board (‘MMB’)
and APSEZ has settled the dues of financial creditors, MMB, and other admitted costs and claims.

Adani Ports (India) To Acquire 31.5% In Gangavaram Port From Warburg Pincus
For Rs. 1,954 Cr. All India Market Share Rises To 30%.
The Adani Ports and Special Economic Zones Ltd., India’s largest private Ports & Logistics company and
a key subsidiary of the diversified Adani Group, is acquiring the 31.5% stake held by Windy Lakeside
Investment Limited in Gangavaram Port Limited (GPL). The acquisition is valued at Rs. 1,954 Cr and
subject to regulatory approvals. GPL is located in the northern part of Andhra Pradesh next to Vizag Port. It
is the second largest non-major port in Andhra Pradesh with a 64 MMT capacity established under
concession from Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) that extends till 2059. It is an all-weather, deep
water, multi-purpose port capable of handling fully laden super cape size vessels of upto 200,000 DWT.
Currently, GPL operates 9 berths and has free hold land of ~1,800 acres. With a master plan capacity for 250
MMTPA with 31 berths, GPL has sufficient headroom to support future growth. GPL handles a diverse mix
of dry and bulk commodities including Coal, Iron Ore, Fertilizer, Limestone, Bauxite, Sugar, Alumina, and
Steel. GPL is the gateway port for a hinterland spread over 8 states across eastern, western, southern and
central India. In FY20, GPL had a cargo volume of 34.5 MMT, generated revenue of INR 1,082 Crs,
EBITDA of INR 634 Crs (margin of 59%) and PAT of INR 516 Crs. GPL is debt free with cash balance of
over INR 500 Crs. The Company has a paid up equity share capital of 51.7 Cr shares of which 58.1% is
owned by DVS Raju and Family (Promoter), 10.4% by Government of Andhra Pradesh and 31.5% by
Warburg Pincus. APSEZ is acquiring the Warburg Pincus stake of ~16.3 Cr shares (31.5%) at INR 120/
share which works out to a consideration of INR 1,954 Crs. The transaction implies EV/EBITDA multiple
of 8.9x and P/E multiple of 12.0x (based on FY20 figures). APSEZ is also in discussions with DVS Raju &
Family for their 58.1% stake (~30 Cr shares) in GPL.
Executive Commentary
CEO and Whole Time Director of APSEZ said, “The acquisition of GPL is a part of our continued
strategy to build out a port and logistics network that is unmatched in its ability to serve customers
across the nation. The location of GPL in the north of AP is a strategic complement to our recent
acquisition of the Port of Krishnapatnam that serves the south of AP. We believe that GPL holds great
potential to complement its bulk cargo terminals with new cargo catagories that we intend to develop.
The port provides us great access to an adjacent hinterland that was largely untapped by APSEZ
thereby placing us in a position to serve a broader set of port customers as well as expand our overall
hinterland logistics footprint for a much larger base of customers. We are grateful to the leaders of the

Air Canada Revises the Terms of its Capacity Purchase Agreement with Chorus
Aviation for Regional Flying
Air Canada announced an agreement to amend the Capacity Purchase
Agreement (CPA) with Jazz Aviation LP, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Chorus Aviation Inc., under which Jazz currently operates certain regional Air
Canada Express flights. Through the revised agreement, Air Canada will
transfer operation of its Embraer E175 fleet to Jazz from Sky Regional and
Jazz will become the sole operator of Air Canada Express services. The
revisions to the CPA are subject to Jazz reaching an agreement with the Air
Line Pilots Association, International. If this condition is satisfied, the CPA
will be amended on a retroactive basis to January 1, 2021.
Executive Commentary
"Air Canada is consolidating its regional flying with Jazz in response to the
ongoing devastating impact of COVID-19 upon the airline industry. This
necessary realignment of our regional services will help Air Canada
achieve efficiencies and reduce operating costs and cash burn by
consolidating its regional operations with one provider. Moreover, by
streamlining the regional fleet, this agreement will also position Air
Canada to operate more competitively with a single provider as traffic

Lufthansa (Germany) Innovation Hub spins-off startup RYDES
The Lufthansa Innovation Hub, the central digitalization unit of the Lufthansa
Group, spins-off the startup RYDES. Forward31, the company builder of
Porsche Digital, is contributing with its expertise and resources to the venture.
Both Porsche and the Lufthansa Group are now strategic minority
shareholders in the startup. The aim of RYDES is to redefine and simplify
access to modern mobility. For this purpose, the startup bundles existing
mobility offers in one app and makes them accessible via the “Mobility
Budget”. The new product allows companies to provide their employees with
a monthly budget that they can use for various mobility services. These
include car and bike sharing services, e-scooters, shared taxis, and public
transport services. The different mobility providers are integrated into the
RYDES app and users can use the app to book their trips and manage their
budget. All journeys booked through RYDES are offset via the “Compensaid”
platform and therefore CO2 neutral.

"The spin-off and subsequent funding from RYDES has been a great

JetBlue (USA) Technology Ventures’ Portfolio Company Joby Aviation to List
on NYSE Through Merger with Reinvent Technology Partners
JetBlue Technology Ventures (JTV), the corporate venture capital subsidiary of JetBlue Airways congratulates its
portfolio company Joby Aviation (Joby) on the announcement of its merger with special purpose acquisition company
Reinvent Technology Partners (Reinvent). Once finalized, the combined company will be named Joby Aviation, and its
common stock is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange for public trade. Joby is building a fully-electric
vertical take-off and landing passenger aircraft that it intends to operate for commercial use in the U.S. beginning in 2024.
The piloted, four-passenger aircraft is faster than existing rotorcraft, flies 150 miles on a single charge, and will be 100
times quieter than existing rotorcraft or small planes during takeoff and landing. The announcement follows Joby’s recent
successes in 2020, including becoming the first company to receive an eVTOL certification basis plan with the Federal
Aviation Administration and receiving the U.S. Air Force’s first ever airworthiness approval for an eVTOL aircraft.

Kuehne+Nagel (Switzerland) acquires Asian logistics provider Apex International
Corporation
Kuehne+Nagel enters into a binding agreement to acquire Apex International
Corporation one of Asia’s leading freight forwarders, especially in the
transpacific and intra-Asia. The company was founded in China in 2001 and
has expanded throughout Asia and beyond over the years of its growth history.
With approximately 1,600 employees, Apex generates yearly turnover in
excess of CHF 2.1 billion. In 2020, the company handled total air freight
volume of approximately 750,000 tons and sea freight volume of 190,000
TEU. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including
merger clearance by the competent competition authorities. The purchase
price will be financed by available liquid sources and, if needed, by available
credit lines. Following closing of the transaction, a minor stake of Apex shares
is to remain with the experienced and entrepreneurial management of Apex.
Furthermore, the company will then continue to operate separately within the
Kuehne+Nagel Group.

MOL (Japan) Announces Merger of MOL Marine and MOL Engineering
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd., announced its intent to merge its wholly owned subsidiaries MOL Marine Co., Ltd. and MOL Engineering Co., Ltd. effective April 1.
The outline of the merger is as follows: The merging companies were both established in 1988. Since then, MOL Marine's core competence has been consultancy
related to port harbor facilities and marine traffic, training of seafarers using large simulators. It also manages submarine cable-laying vessels, which are
indispensable for today's information-based society. On the other hand, MOL Engineering's specialty has been inspection and maintenance of marine equipment,
including migration to evolving international regulations, such as retrofitting of ballast water management systems in 2015, and SOx scrubbers in 2019. In the
background of the merger, COVID-19 has impacted the consumer behavior among the global economy. Shipping faces higher expectations for contributions to
a more efficient value chain, while continuing its momentum of decarbonization to mitigate the environmental load. The MOL Group considers these
expectations as an opportunity to align an organization that can tackle the current and future demands by providing tangible and intangible seamless services,
through the merging of the two companies. The merger will also positively affect the offshore businesses and the autonomous shipping development, which the
MOL Group defines as business fields to concentrate its management resources. The dynamic positioning system that enables precise positioning of vessels under
various marine conditions which MOL Marine has developed through submarine cable-laying, and the extensive engineering experience of MOL Engineering
will be MOL Groups unique competency that will contribute to area's such as Floating LNG power generation and Offshore Wind power generation. The offshore
technology will be concentrated in close cooperation with MOL and will evolve the merging companies to a further advantage both in safety and technology.

Delta TechOps teams achieved a major milestone this week by completing the first engine maintenance visit of a Rolls-Royce Trent
7000 engine from a Delta A330-900neo at its state-of-the-art Technical Operations Center in Atlanta. The repair marks the first of
many Trent 7000 engine repairs to come through Delta TechOps’ maintenance facility. While this first engine came directly from
Delta’s fleet, Delta TechOps will perform maintenance on Trent 7000 engines from airline customers around the world. Prior to the
engine visits, TechOps’Assembly Shop, Repair & Support group, Engineering and many other teams spent months preparing for the
build, part repairs and engine test. This included aviation maintenance technicians and inspectors visiting the Rolls-Royce shop in the
U.K. for special Trent 7000 training (prior to the COVID-19 pandemic). During the past few years, TechOps has made significant
investments to further enhance maintenance capabilities, especially for next-generation engines that feature higher efficiency and less
fuel burn. These major projects include the conversion of aircraft hangar bays into a new engine shop, development of a hot section
repair shop, construction of the largest MRO test cell in the world and an additive manufacturing shop.

certificates into digital travel chain

Prior to Lufthansa flights from Frankfurt to Istanbul, Turkey and from Newark, USA to Frankfurt and Munich, customers have the
option of sending their Covid-19 test certificates and confirmations of digital entry applications to a specially set-up Lufthansa Group
Health Entry Support Center via a contact form as early as 72 hours before departure starting Friday. SWISS customers will be able
to use this service on the Newark, USA to Zurich, Switzerland route during March. Passengers traveling on these flights will receive
advance notification and a link to a portal where the relevant contact data and certificates can be stored. At the service center, the
documents are checked. After the check, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail, whether the certificates meet the entry
requirements or a feedback if the documents are not sufficient. Regardless of this, the original certificates must continue to be carried
on the trip. This offers Lufthansa and SWISS customers even more planning security. Check-in and boarding are also even faster and
smoother. With this new service, the Lufthansa Group is taking an important step toward integrating Covid-19 test results into the
digital travel chain, making travel easier in times of pandemic. Depending on the findings of this initial offering, it is planned to
enable test certificates to be sent for all flights. Digital health passports are also to be integrated into the travel chain in the future.

JetBlue and American Airlines announced the launch of the first phase of their new Northeast Alliance, aimed at bringing
customers more competitive choices in New York and Boston. Beginning, nearly 80 routes sharing the JetBlue and
American codes are available for booking as the airlines enhance schedules on key routes to and from the northeast. In
addition, JetBlue announced 15 new routes, including new service from Newark and New York-LGA as well as two
all-new seasonal cities from New York-JFK. Together with American, the two airlines are introducing 33 new routes as
part of the first phase of their alliance. A long-standing industry practice, codesharing allows travelers to book directly
with their preferred airline for flights operated by a partner airline. It’s one more way JetBlue brings its award-winning
customer service to the new alliance. This spring, customers of both JetBlue’s TrueBlue and American’s AAdvantage®
programs will be able to enjoy reciprocal benefits, starting with the ability to earn points or miles on either carrier,
enhancing the value of both loyalty programs to all flyers.

Nanning in China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region that opened for business on Monday, February 1. GZAR is located in
southern China on the border with Vietnam and close to other Southeast Asian countries, and its ports and highways have made
it a strategic location as trade relations between China and Southeast Asia have become more dynamic. Nanning, where the new
office has been opened, is the provincial capital of GZAR, and nearby in the same province are the key transport hubs of Port
handles five million TEU annually (about the same as Tokyo Port) as a gateway to Southeast Asian countries. Nanning hosts the
consulates of six ASEAN nations, and serves as a hub for international rail transport to Vietnam. In becoming the first Japanese
logistics company to set up an office in Nanning, NE China is seeking to improve the convenience it offers customers in inland
China as well as in GZAR by enhancing its logistics services to/from Southeast Asian countries. The Nippon Express Group will

Qantas (Australia) Adds New Routes To North Coast For Holidays By

Solution Description
Qantas has announced it will add three new routes and extra seats to the New South Wales north coast to support growing demand for holidays in
Australia. From 1 April 2021, Qantas will launch three new routes to both Coffs Harbour and Byron Bay (Ballina).
• Melbourne to Coffs Harbour – flights will operate daily with Qantas’ Boeing 717 aircraft, adding more than 1,750 seats on the route each week.
• Brisbane to Coffs Harbour – flights will operate four days per week with the turboprop Q400 aircraft, adding around 600 seats on the route each
week.
• Canberra to Byron Bay – Qantas’first ever direct service connecting the two destinations, offering two flights per week with the turboprop Q400
aircraft. Flights will initially operate in April and Qantas will look to continue the service from July in line with demand.
More seats will also be added between Sydney and Coffs Harbour with the introduction of Qantas’ larger two-class B717 aircraft during the April
school holidays, operating alongside the Q400 which also operate on the route. This will see Qantas offer around 500 extra seats on the route each
week (a total of 4,300 seats), and the option to travel in Business. QantasLink CEO John Gissing said these new routes would provide Australians
with more options to plan their next holiday in their own backyard.

Canada Inc. The airline was selected again this year for its ongoing commitment to inclusiveness through various

LATAM Airlines Group stood out as the best performing airline in the region and the second worldwide in sustainability, along

Singapore Airlines (SIA) has become the first airline in South East Asia to receive the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) global
certification for its handling of perishable products via its Singapore hub. The Centre of Excellence for Independent Validators in Perishable
Logistics (CEIV Fresh) certification is based on IATA’s Perishable Cargo Regulations, which combine regulatory and operational inputs from
government and industry experts. It means that SIA meets the industry’s highest standards with regard to food safety and preventing food waste
along the supply chain. This is achieved through quality and risk management, trained staff for the handling and movement of perishables, active
collaboration and transparent communication with stakeholders and supply chain partners, and advocating a standardised approach for the
transportation of perishable products. Together, these elements ensure that these fresh products reach customers in tip-top condition. In line with
the certification, Singapore Airlines launched THRUFRESH, a new service to transport time- and temperature-sensitive perishable cargo with

DHL Global Forwarding, the air and ocean freight specialist of Deutsche Post DHL Group, has been contracted for the
vaccine distribution to Japan. With this order, the company is further expanding its global presence in vaccine logistics. The
first delivery of COVID-19 vaccines arrived end of last week. Further shipments will be delivered in various batches by air
from the DHL Global Forwarding hub in Belgium to Japan throughout the year. DHL also handles the customs clearance and
delivery to a storage facility in Japan, as well as dispatching the vaccines to vaccination facilities across Japan. To safely store
the vaccine at -70 degrees until the final domestic delivery in Japan, deep freezers were installed at a DHL storage facility.

The Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group has reached agreements with Airbus and Boeing to revise its aircraft delivery
schedule. As a result, some of the aircraft in the SIA Group’s order book will be delivered over a longer period than
originally contracted, with the delivery stream spread out beyond the immediate five years. This will enable the SIA
Group to defer more than $4 billion of capital expenditure between FY20/21 and FY22/23 to later years. It would also
recalibrate the rate of introduction of capacity, following the disruption to the demand for air travel as a result of the

DHL Freight and Volvo Trucks have partnered to speed up the introduction of heavy duty electric trucks to be used for regional transport in
Europe. The combined effort marks another important step towards climate neutral transport solutions. So far, the main use of electric trucks
has been for shorter distances within cities and urban areas. Now DHL Freight and Volvo Trucks have initiated a project focusing on longer
distance heavy transports. The cooperation includes exclusive, worldwide first pilot tests of a fully electric Volvo FH truck with gross
combination weights up to 60 tons. Starting in March, the truck will operate between two DHL Freight logistics terminals in Sweden, a
distance of approximately 150 km one way. During the trial, Volvo and DHL will gain important experience and information regarding the
setup and operation of an adequate charging infrastructure. The collected insights will help to optimize the right balance between operated

that. This innovative new service enables prescriptions fulfilled the night before to be handed over to Royal Mail in the early hours of the morning and to be delivered to the
customer later in the day. Although the service offers greater convenience for all, it is especially important for vulnerable people who are shielding or not comfortable with
leaving their home at the moment. The move comes as Royal Mail builds on its efforts to help in the nation’s fight against the Coronavirus pandemic. Royal Mail has been
working closely with pharmacy companies and NHS trusts across the UK throughout the pandemic by delivering many prescriptions and hospital appointments. Royal Mail
has also been a key partner for the Government’s Coronavirus testing programme since the start of the pandemic, delivering and collecting test kits across the UK since April
2020. The Company also pioneered a unique network of priority postboxes for the rapid return of test kits to labs to help in the country’s fight against the pandemic. This enabled

United announced that it is making it easier for customers to travel to Breckenridge and Fort Collins, Colorado with
convenient year-round ground transportation service connecting through its Denver hub. This is the first time Breckenridge
has ever been served by an airline and will be Fort Collins' first global network carrier service in 25 years. Beginning March
11, United will start daily service to Breckenridge (QKB) and on April 1, will start four-times daily service to Fort Collins
(FNL). The airline is teaming up with Landline – a premium ground transportation company – to offer connecting service to
these popular destinations through Denver International Airport (DEN). Customers can book their travel on united.com
starting, selecting Breckenridge or Fort Collins as their destination. Customers connecting to Breckenridge or Fort Collins at
Denver will transfer to the Landline service from an assigned gate in Concourse A, remaining within the secure airside area

United Airlines announced that it has completed an agreement to work with air mobility company Archer as part of the airline's broader effort to invest in emerging
technologies that decarbonize air travel. Rather than relying on traditional combustion engines, Archer's electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft are
designed to use electric motors and have the potential for future use as an 'air taxi' in urban markets. Under the terms of the agreement, United will contribute its
expertise in airspace management to assist Archer with the development of battery-powered, short-haul aircraft. Once the aircraft are in operation and have met
United's operating and business requirements, United, together with Mesa Airlines, would acquire a fleet of up to 200 of these electric aircraft that would be
operated by a partner and are expected to give customers a quick, economical and low-carbon way to get to United's hub airports and commute in dense urban
environments within the next five years. Working with Archer is another example of United's commitment to identifying and investing in innovative technology
that can reduce carbon emissions while also improving the customer experience and earning a strong financial return. The airline was an early stage investor in
Fulcrum BioEnergy and recently partnered with 1PointFive, a joint venture between Oxy Low Carbon Ventures and Rusheen Capital, to jumpstart the
establishment of direct air capture and sequestration technology. With today's technology, Archer's aircraft are designed to travel distances of up to 60 miles at
speeds of up to 150 miles per hour and future models will be designed to travel faster and further. Not only are Archer's aircraft capable of saving individuals time
on their commute, United estimates that using Archer's eVTOL aircraft could reduce CO2 emissions by 47% per passenger on a trip between Hollywood and Los
Angeles International Airport (LAX), one of the initial cities where Archer plans to launch its fleet.

to digital-only will result in the reduction of approximately 1,540 tons of paper emissions per year. The decision to remove physical copies of TSUBASA
-GLOBAL WINGS- and other printed materials not only increases hygiene but it is just one of many recent policies that ANA has implemented to advance its ANA
commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goalsblank. ANA has consistently prioritized the elevation of ESG standards, working to become a responsible

Delta and Deloitte are one step closer to sustainable business travel, thanks to a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) agreement covering a portion of
Deloitte’s business travel. Deloitte is one of Delta’s first corporate customers to purchase SAF facilitated by Delta. It is part of the airline’s longstanding
commitment to work with customers to reach collective goals for the greater good of our planet. In the year since Delta announced its $1 billion
commitment to carbon neutrality from March 2020 onward, the company remains focused on carbon reduction and removal and stakeholder
engagement in an effort to ensure its operations are more sustainable. The collaboration with Deloitte represents one of the first of what the airline hopes
will be many significant achievements for both areas. To power its SAF agreement with Deloitte, Delta entered into a separate SAF supply agreement
with Neste, a leading producer of low emission, renewable fuel for aircraft. Neste’s SAF is made from sustainably sourced, renewable waste and residue
materials, and it is a drop-in fuel that offers an immediate way to directly reduce lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions from aviation. Once taking delivery
of the SAF, Delta will be able to offer sustainable air travel solutions to Deloitte and other corporate customers. SAF is an important lever to reduce the
lifecycle carbon emissions from aviation fuel, up to 80 percent when used in pure form compared to fossil jet fuel, and has great potential to scale.
Collaborations like this, between Delta and Deloitte, further support SAF development and represent the growing demand for innovations in clean fuel
technologies.

FedEx Corp. home of the world’s largest cargo airline, announced an ambitious goal to achieve carbon–neutral operations globally by 2040. To
help reach this goal, FedEx is designating more than $2 billion of initial investment in three key areas: vehicle electrification, sustainable energy,
and carbon sequestration. This includes a pledge of $100 million to Yale University to help establish the Yale Center for Natural Carbon Capture,
accelerating research into methods of carbon sequestration at scale, with an initial focus on helping to offset greenhouse gas emissions equivalent
to current airline emissions. The path toward sustainability requires new strategies for removing and storing Earth’s excess carbon. The Yale Center
for Natural Carbon Capture will catalyze interdisciplinary research across the natural sciences and engineering in an effort to accelerate this work.
Center researchers will develop methods that build on natural carbon storage systems, including biological ecosystems and the geological carbon
cycle, improving, where possible, how quickly carbon can be absorbed, how much can be contained, and how long it can be stored. Through these
efforts, Yale scientists aim to create a portfolio of carbon removal strategies that have impacts on a global scale. Building upon initial successes in
the aviation sector, the center will broaden its scope to address additional global sources of emissions – publishing and sharing its findings so that
businesses, industries, and governments can benefit from work that will accelerate the adoption and implementation of natural carbon capture
strategies around the world.

JetBlue announced a round of rapid response grants from the JetBlue Foundation. The COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected funding
for non-profits and education programs. To help with immediate needs, the JetBlue Foundation issued a round of emergency grants to 12
aviation and science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education grantees and partners in need of financial support to continue
their critical work reaching students and communities traditionally underrepresented in these fields. The JetBlue Foundation, founded in
2013, is independent from JetBlue and has a separate Board of Directors and an Advisory Committee both made up of JetBlue
crewmembers from across the airline. These grants are provided directly from the JetBlue Foundation. The JetBlue Foundation, the first
airline foundation focused solely on supporting aviation and STEM education, invited a group of previous grantees and partners to apply.

Maersk accelerates the efforts to decarbonize marine operations with the launch of the world’s first carbon neutral liner vessel in 2023 - seven years
ahead of the initial 2030-ambition. All future Maersk owned new buildings will have dual fuel technology installed, enabling either carbon neutral
operations or operation on standard very low sulphur fuel oil. Around half of Maersk’s 200 largest customers have set – or are in the process of
setting – ambitious science-based or zero carbon targets for their supply chains, and the figure is on the rise. Maersk’s methanol feeder vessel will
have a capacity of around 2000 TEU and be deployed in one of its intra-regional networks. While the vessel will be able to operate on standard
VLSFO, the plan is to operate the vessel on carbon neutral e-methanol or sustainable bio-methanol from day one. A carbon neutral future for
shipping requires innovation, test and collaboration across multiple industry partners. Maersk continues to explore several carbon neutral fuel
pathways and expects multiple fuel solutions to exist alongside each other in the future. Methanol (e-methanol and bio-methanol), alcohol-lignin
blends and ammonia remain the primary fuel candidates for the future. A key collaboration partner is the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for
Zero Carbon Shipping, an independent, non-profit research and development center, that works across sectors, organisations, research areas and
regulators to accelerate the development and implementation of new energy systems and technologies.

Maersk’s 41-container-long block train left the Chinese city of Yiwu (Zhejiang province) on its way to the intermodal terminal in
Małaszewicze, Poland, carrying personal protective equipment (PPE) procured by Zarys International Group, a leading Polish
medical supplies provider, and commissioned by the Polish Material Reserves Agency. The Material Reserves Agency is a Polish
national institution that purchases, stores and distributes strategic reserves. Its supply of medical reserves includes medicines,
vaccines, disinfectants, protective clothing and all other medical equipment currently needed in the fight against COVID-19. The
protective equipment carried by Maersk’s new block train will ultimately be distributed to medical institutions across the country.
During 2020, Maersk has arranged a total of 209 tailored intercontinental trains from China to European countries, including
Germany, France, Sweden, Poland, Belarus and Russia and has increased its footprint in Turkey and Georgia with first-ever block
trains developed for those markets. The company has also expanded its unique sea-rail-sea product (the AE19 service), which became
a permanent product in October, after being launched also in the eastbound direction in March 2020, connecting North European
origins with several destination ports in Asia.

NYK is delighted to announce the order of its first two liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) dual-fuel very large gas carriers
(VLGCs) from Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd. Both ships will be built at the KHI Sakaide Works shipyard and are set for
delivery in 2022. When LPG is used as fuel, exhaust gas from the ordered VLGCs will contain at least 85% less sulfur
oxide (SOx) and 15% less carbon dioxide (CO2) compared to conventional VLGCs equipped with fuel-oil engines. These
new VLGCs will comply not only with the SOx Global Cap regulations* that were tightened from January 2020 but also
with the EEDI phase 3 requirements. In addition, by equipping the ships with LPG tanks on deck, it will be possible to
load LPG for fuel separately from the LPG cargo. Having the LPG tanks on deck allows more LPG to be loaded for fuel
and thus extends the cruising range of the vessel when LPG is used as fuel. In the future, by promoting the development
of an eco-friendly fleet, NYK will provide customers with a low-carbon transportation mode and contribute to the
reduction of environmental loads and the realization of a sustainable global society.

Union Pacific announced it received approval of its science-based targets determining how much and how quickly the
company will reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved the
targets to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions from its operations 26% by 2030 against a 2018 baseline. SBTi
independently assesses corporate emissions reduction targets in line with what climate scientists say is needed to meet
the Paris Agreement goals – limiting global warming to well below 2°C above pre-industrial levels. While Union
Pacific works to further reduce its environmental footprint, it is important to note railroads already are one of the most
fuel efficient means of transportation. Moving freight by rail instead of truck reduces GHG emissions by up to 75%.
On average, Union Pacific moves a ton of freight 454 miles on a single gallon of diesel fuel.

UPS announced the induction of 1,412 men and women into the Circle of Honor, an elite group of UPS drivers who
have been among the safest drivers on the road, and have not had an avoidable accident for 25 years or more. With
those new inductees, the Circle of Honor now includes 10,779 of UPS’s active brown-clad drivers. As a global
pandemic made their services more important than ever, UPS drivers continued to help deliver three percent of the
world’s GDP – averaging over 20 million packages per day in 2020, from important documents and just-in-time
business inventory, to food, clothing and even critical PPE along with millions of doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Safe
driving is a focus for all UPS drivers, who as a group log close to 3.5 billion miles per year and deliver 5.5 billion
packages annually. Collectively, active UPS Circle of Honor drivers have driven about 15 billion miles without so
much as a fender-bender.

The company had intimated the commencement of this development to stock exchanges on March 6, 2020. DPL, the 12th port to join APSEZ’s string of economic gateways across the eastern and western coast of India would establish the company’s footprint in Maharashtra, the largest contributor to India’s GDP. This would enable APSEZ to service customers in Maharashtra which includes the highly industrial areas and development in the Mumbai & Pune regions. APSEZ plans to invest over INR 10,000 Cr to develop the port into a multi-cargo port with world class infrastructure as well as investing in the development of rail & road evacuation infrastructure for seamless and efficient cargo movement. The company will strengthen and repair existing infrastructure and invest in development of facilities for dry, container, and liquid cargo. DPL will evolve as an alternative gateway to JNPT and will invite and support the development of port-based industries on port land. The development of DPL will lead to further investments across various industries such as consumer appliances, metals, energy, petrochemicals, and chemicals business in Maharashtra and provide a tremendous fillip to the industrial development and growth in Maharashtra. These investments will contribute to employment generation and socio-economic development of the port's hinterland. As per the terms & requirements of the Resolution Plan, the transfer of concession rights has also been approved by the Maharashtra Maritime Board (‘MMB’) and APSEZ has settled the dues of financial creditors, MMB, and other admitted costs and claims. All India Market Share Rises To 30%. The Adani Ports and Special Economic Zones Ltd., India’s largest private Ports & Logistics company and a key subsidiary of the diversified Adani Group, is acquiring the 31.5% stake held by Windy Lakeside Investment Limited in Gangavaram Port Limited (GPL). The acquisition is valued at Rs. 1,954 Cr and subject to regulatory approvals. GPL is located in the northern part of Andhra Pradesh next to Vizag Port. It is the second largest non-major port in Andhra Pradesh with a 64 MMT capacity established under concession from Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) that extends till 2059. It is an all-weather, deep water, multi-purpose port capable of handling fully laden super cape size vessels of upto 200,000 DWT. Currently, GPL operates 9 berths and has free hold land of ~1,800 acres. With a master plan capacity for 250 MMTPA with 31 berths, GPL has sufficient headroom to support future growth. GPL handles a diverse mix of dry and bulk commodities including Coal, Iron Ore, Fertilizer, Limestone, Bauxite, Sugar, Alumina, and Steel. GPL is the gateway port for a hinterland spread over 8 states across eastern, western, southern and central India. In FY20, GPL had a cargo volume of 34.5 MMT, generated revenue of INR 1,082 Crs, EBITDA of INR 634 Crs (margin of 59%) and PAT of INR 516 Crs. GPL is debt free with cash balance of over INR 500 Crs. The Company has a paid up equity share capital of 51.7 Cr shares of which 58.1% is owned by DVS Raju and Family (Promoter), 10.4% by Government of Andhra Pradesh and 31.5% by Warburg Pincus. APSEZ is acquiring the Warburg Pincus stake of ~16.3 Cr shares (31.5%) at INR 120/ share which works out to a consideration of INR 1,954 Crs. The transaction implies EV/EBITDA multiple of 8.9x and P/E multiple of 12.0x (based on FY20 figures). APSEZ is also in discussions with DVS Raju & Family for their 58.1% stake (~30 Cr shares) in GPL. Executive Commentary CEO and Whole Time Director of APSEZ said, “The acquisition of GPL is a part of our continued strategy to build out a port and logistics network that is unmatched in its ability to serve customers across the nation. The location of GPL in the north of AP is a strategic complement to our recent acquisition of the Port of Krishnapatnam that serves the south of AP. We believe that GPL holds great potential to complement its bulk cargo terminals with new cargo catagories that we intend to develop. The port provides us great access to an adjacent hinterland that was largely untapped by APSEZ thereby placing us in a position to serve a broader set of port customers as well as expand our overall hinterland logistics footprint for a much larger base of customers. Through the revised agreement, Air Canada will transfer operation of its Embraer E175 fleet to Jazz from Sky Regional and Jazz will become the sole operator of Air Canada Express services. The revisions to the CPA are subject to Jazz reaching an agreement with the Air Line Pilots Association, International. If this condition is satisfied, the CPA will be amended on a retroactive basis to January 1, 2021. Both Porsche and the Lufthansa Group are now strategic minority shareholders in the startup. The aim of RYDES is to redefine and simplify access to modern mobility. For this purpose, the startup bundles existing mobility offers in one app and makes them accessible via the “Mobility Budget”. Once finalized, the combined company will be named Joby Aviation, and its common stock is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange for public trade. Joby is building a fully-electric vertical take-off and landing passenger aircraft that it intends to operate for commercial use in the U.S. beginning in 2024. The company was founded in China in 2001 and has expanded throughout Asia and beyond over the years of its growth history. With approximately 1,600 employees, Apex generates yearly turnover in excess of CHF 2.1 billion. In 2020, the company handled total air freight volume of approximately 750,000 tons and sea freight volume of 190,000 TEU. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including merger clearance by the competent competition authorities. The purchase price will be financed by available liquid sources and, if needed, by available credit lines. The outline of the merger is as follows: The merging companies were both established in 1988. Since then, MOL Marine's core competence has been consultancy related to port harbor facilities and marine traffic, training of seafarers using large simulators. It also manages submarine cable-laying vessels, which are indispensable for today's information-based society. On the other hand, MOL Engineering's specialty has been inspection and maintenance of marine equipment, including migration to evolving international regulations, such as retrofitting of ballast water management systems in 2015, and SOx scrubbers in 2019. SWISS customers will be able to use this service on the Newark, USA to Zurich, Switzerland route during March. Passengers traveling on these flights will receive advance notification and a link to a portal where the relevant contact data and certificates can be stored. At the service center, the documents are checked. Both ships will be built at the KHI Sakaide Works shipyard and are set for delivery in 2022. When LPG is used as fuel, exhaust gas from the ordered VLGCs will contain at least 85% less sulfur oxide (SOx) and 15% less carbon dioxide (CO2) compared to conventional VLGCs equipped with fuel-oil engines. These new VLGCs will comply not only with the SOx Global Cap regulations* that were tightened from January 2020 but also with the EEDI phase 3 requirements. In addition, by equipping the ships with LPG tanks on deck, it will be possible to load LPG for fuel separately from the LPG cargo. Having the LPG tanks on deck allows more LPG to be loaded for fuel and thus extends the cruising range of the vessel when LPG is used as fuel. Miscellaneous Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable UPS (USA) Inducts 1,412 Of Its Safest Drivers Into Circle Of Honor For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com 50 UPS announced the induction of 1,412 men and women into the Circle of Honor, an elite group of UPS drivers who have been among the safest drivers on the road, and have not had an avoidable accident for 25 years or more. With those new inductees, the Circle of Honor now includes 10,779 of UPS’s active brown-clad drivers. As a global pandemic made their services more important than ever, UPS drivers continued to help deliver three percent of the world’s GDP – averaging over 20 million packages per day in 2020, from important documents and just-in-time business inventory, to food, clothing and even critical PPE along with millions of doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Safe driving is a focus for all UPS drivers, who as a group log close to 3.5 billion miles per year and deliver 5.5 billion packages annually.
