Tools
• Washbowl
• Salt
• Pot
• Thyme/ Rosemary
• Little poon /Tool to mix the
salted water

4. 1) Classify the good and bad olives.

5. 2) Wash the olives.

6. 3) Put olives until half pot.

7. 4) Put a branch of thyme.

8. 5) Fill the pot with the olives.

9. 6) Put another branch of thyme.

10. 7) Mix water with salt.
• Portions: Eight portions of water per one of salt

11. 8) Fill the pot with the salted water.

12. 9) Close the pot. 3/4 months later you
can eat them
