Mushroom linguine

1. An Italian recipe cooked by the
Greek students

2. Mushroom linguine

3. Ingredients

4. • 500g linguine pasta
• 500g porcini
mushrooms sliced
(unfortunately I didn’t
use porcini
mushrooms because
the are too expensive
in Greece)

5. • 3 table spoons olive
oil
• 2 garlic cloves finely
chopped

6. • ¼ cup flat-leaf
parsley, finely
chopped
• Grated parmigiano
cheese, to serve

7. Put the olive oil in a large frying pan
over medium heat.

8. Add the porcini and fry gently for
2-3 minutes until softened.

9. Add garlic and cook for 2 more
minutes until softened.

10. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a
saucepan of boiling salted water.

11. Drain and then, add the pasta to
the pan with the mushrooms.

12. Add the parsley and toss to
combine.

13. And that’s it!
