1. Healthy Ramen Noodles
What I Need…
1 package ramen noodles
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup frozen vegetables (mixed vegetables)
1 cup chopped chicken (cooked)
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
¼ teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce
What I Use…
Microwavable bowl
Mixing spoon
Measuring cups
Cutting board
Sharp knife
What I Do…
1. Wash my hands.
2. Crush up ramen
noodles.
Open package.
Add to microwavable
bowl.
3. Throw away the
seasoning packet.
4. Measure out chicken
broth.
Add to microwavable
bowl.
5. Measure out frozen
mixed vegetables.
Add to microwavable
bowl and mix with spoon.
6. Put in microwave for
5 minutes.
7. Mix at 2 minutes and 30
seconds. Continue
cooking.
8. Remove from
microwave.
Total Cost: $2.24

chicken.
Add to
microwavable bowl.
10. Chop green onion.
Add to microwavable
bowl and mix with
spoon.
11. Put in microwave
for 30 seconds.
12. Remove from
microwave.
13. Measure out soy sauce.
Add to microwavable
bowl.
14. Measure out sriracha
hot chili sauce. Add to
microwavable bowl and
mix with spoon.
