carefully planned to achieve a particular aim.

 The process of dealing with or controlling things or people.
 Management is the technique of understanding the problems,
need and controlling the use of resources, cost, time, scope, and
quality.

5. What is Project Management ?
 Project management is the discipline of initiating, planning,
executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to
achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.
 Application of knowledge, skill, tools, techniques to project
activities in order to meet stakeholder needs and expectation
from a project.
