Management is the technique of understanding the problems,
need and controlling the use of resources, cost, time, scope, and
quality.

Project management is the discipline of initiating, planning,
executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to
achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.
Application of knowledge, skill, tools, techniques to project
activities in order to meet stakeholder needs and expectation
from a project.
