Please brief us about your journey in the industry and

I came across one old singer in a remote village in
Rajasthan. His voice, and style of singing was very
melodious and engaging. I recorded his songs and enrolled
him on our new art platform. Similarly, we slowly started
building our platform on the two levels.

The first was basic, which had observed, compiling, and
collecting details of various artists everywhere. The second
step was organizing the collected details and data in a
comprehensive format.
As our awareness grew steadily, numerous organizations
from the public, private and Government sectors asked us to
arrange for the unique performances of the different art
masters. This has the artist’s exposure and income source;
along with the people getting to enjoy some rare art forms
of our rich culture.
Being an experienced leader, share your opinion on how
the adoption of modern technologies like AI and ML is
impacting the digital solution space and how is Aloga
Infotech adapting to the change?
Yes. Modern technologies have changed different
dimensions of industries. The art field is greatly benefited
through various applications, including sound recording,
editing, and data storage.
Digital media has enabled common people to openly
communicate, record, shoot, post on various social media
sites, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blogs,
YouTube and more. The cloud-based platforms offer
reliable, safe and efficient working.
Considering the current scenario, what initial challenges
did you face, and what are the challenges now?
On identifying the unique arts and the artists, it was
challenging to communicate to them our purpose of
developing an art platform. Our team members travelled
long distances to meet, interact and get glimpses of their art.
Then we got connected with many enthusiastic art lovers
from various locations, who gladly joined our initiative.
Now we need to develop a stronger network and young
tech-savvy volunteers who can contribute by organizing the
database, contribute to offering exposure to the art
foundation.
What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs
who aspire to venture into the HR and Payroll Manage-
ment Solution space?
Develop the art of listening and identifying the artists
around us. Travel and explore different cultures and
traditions. India is a big country with many states and
numerous art forms. Simply gather the information, take
photographs, and record those songs or musical perfor-
mances. There is a lot to be done in the conservation of old
classical art forms. Interact with the elders everywhere.
Local musicians, artisans and manufacturers of musical
instruments can be good sources of identifying different arts
and artists. Be passionate and compassionate, as your
efforts could spell a blessing of survival and the blooming
of some classical art.
How do you envision scaling Aloga Infotech’s operations
and offerings in the future?

*Capital Infusion: “To start, funding was a challenge for
us as dilution of equity was very high with a lot of risk
perception among investors in the seeding stage,” shares
Shuvam, adding,
“Our Approach: Funding was not as easy as today, be it
equity or debt. So, we started as bootstrap and set up our
R&D to innovate in the Denim specific segment for two
years. Later, to start production, we bet on debt finance
from the bank rather than going for equity. As time passed,
we learnt major lessons to shape the success of our startup,
be it marketing, product viability, etc. Today we are already
approached by more than five Angels and VCs for funding
our startup, but still, we are holding the proposals. So, I
learnt that ‘create value in your startup, and funding will
follow you.”

advise the budding aspirants willing to enter the

I would advise young professionals to think differently.
Challenge Yourself to take up new assignments with diverse
requirements. Take the Risk upfront. Understand the client’s
requirements properly. Based on the inputs, propose a
suitable solution in systematic hiring, training, evaluation,
and modern technological tools and applications.
You should have a clear vision. Keep things simple with
proper documentation of the work. Then you should grow
your network as you can get connected with potential
clients from various sources. Make a solid financial plan for
your business that includes capital investment, managing
the fixed and incidental costs, risk mitigation, ROI
calculations, rolling of funds, etc.
How do you envision TSMC’s operations with the
emerging technologies and automated tools that are
revolutionizing the business world by enabling
innovations?
Emerging technology can enable enterprise goals — but
only if properly implemented. We are going with a flow.
Properly implemented, emerging technologies can be
powerful in helping companies solve business problems,
scale on demand, improve resiliency, and deploy
technology solutions rapidly and securely. Companies
should conduct a digital maturity assessment and determine
areas where emerging technology could provide the greatest
value or enable the organization to deliver on its strategies
with greater certainty or at a faster pace. It’s also critical to
have effective change management during the transition;
otherwise, any technology program will never truly reap the
intended benefits.
