Requirement Personnel Three (3) Material Tracker (Staff with level foreman).
Scope of Work (SOW)  Ensuring arrival of material at the project site according to the
date of installation.
 Expedite materials by contacting their late arrival to the buyer,
supplier, material logistics group that can be obtained another
solution that could restore the material arrival schedule so that
in accordance with erection schedule.
 Coordinate with the scheduler and read updated schedules and
proactively communicate with the construction to determine
whether materials on ships or in aircraft will indeed be needed in
the period from 1 month ahead. If it turns out this new material
will be needed more than 1 month, then the delivery instruction
for this material after the unloading / lowered from a ship /
aircraft to be converted in to Low land construction material
yard.
 Creating a status report published material delivery to all parties
concerned with the implementation of capital projects.
Deliverables The deliverables upon completion of the services are:
Weekly report for material delivery status
Personal Requirements Education background
 Bachelor of Engineering (S1) (Industry/Machine/Civil Engineering,
Technique Informatics, Architects) from a reputable University,
with minimum GPA 2.75
Working experience
 Minimum 2 years experience in project scheduling and or material
procurement and logistic
Technical Skills
 Understand and know about Project scheduling and project
management
 Understand and know about Materials Management Process
 Understand and know about Construction process and techniques
 Good/active in English (writing and speaking)

 Mandatory able to operate Primavera (preferable having
Primavera certificate)
 Able to operate Microsoft Offices (Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, Ms.Power
Point. MS Access, MS Project)
Others
 Good team work.

 Hard worker and high motivation.
 Good attitude in attention to detail.
 Capability to produce good reporting format.
 Willing to work in remote area at Timika, Papua with status of
contract employee for 12 months contract and vacation for every
6 months.
 Have knowledge in Ellipse.
Service Support Facilities  Laptop/computer with specification 2 duo, minimal 4 GB memory,
Ms. Office, Operating System Windows XP.
 The original softwares must be installed at the laptop/computer:
Original Primavera ver.6 with license, Ms. Offices, Windows XP,
MS Project, Anti Virus, Acrobat reader (PDF), Adobe Professional.
 Email account and login
 Connection to PTFI web server and database for engineering
drawings
 Connection to Ellipse
 Return Airfast tickets for mobilization and demobilization (PTFI
will provide return Airfast tickets for vacation every 4 months or 3
times per year for this consultant)
 Onsite accommodation at Highland area (Tembagapura or
Ridgecamp) for staff employee.
 Meals 3 times a day
 PPE (Personnel Protective Equipments) : helmet, safety shoes,
safety glasses, vest
 ID Card
Period of services 1 September 2011 - 31 August 2012 (12 months)
Location of service Jobsite (Papua), one (1) person at Low land, and two (2) people at
Highland area.
