This feature provides the enhancements to support the FinSys feature 21894 for chargeback
handling due to the new processor arrangement. This supports the new file format from BNP as
well as the unique handling requirements related to the relationship. PayPal currently uses a
domestic acquiring partner in France (BNP) but connects to them via a processing partner
(Netgiro).By building a direct connection to BNP, PayPal can realize significant cost

Description:
Level3 developed Performance Monitoring tool as well as serve as a Pervade Handbook for
production support Pervade is a part of Level 3 Communication’s Network Performance
Monitoring system. It collects performance statistics from switches and, based on that, generates
daily and monthly reports which are sent to the customers. Pervade continuously keeps on
collecting and uploading the data, coming from different switches, in database. So, everyday we
can have all the data of previous day available in the database and Pervade generates daily reports
by fetching previous day’s data from the database. Monthly reports are nothing but consolidated
reports of the entire month’s data available in the database.
