development of workforces for the Indonesian mining, energy, and infrastructure
development sectors.
We have more than two decades of experience supplying complete workforces or
selected work groups to meet the short and long term employment requirements of
Major Indonesian and International clients on projects and operations throughout
Indonesia.
Our International Client at a project situated in Indonesia, urgently requires the
following position :
SHIFT SUPERVISORS
Qualifications :
• Applicants should have at least 10 (ten) years underground production
exposure. A good safety record and attitude and the ability to work with
people and build teams must be demonstrated at time of interview
• The following is essential :
 Have a valid KIM Blasting Certificate
 Have experience in drill, blast and support
 Have at least three years experience in a supervisory mining position
 The ability to learn how to operate and supervise the use of state of the
art mining equipment
• The following are an advantage :
 In possession of valid First Aid Certificate
 Licenses to operate underground equipment
 Speak, read and write English
 Experience in vertical or decline shaft sinking
