3. Introduction
In very busy life in Dhaka city people hardly
get time to enjoy for themselves. Sometimes
they go to restaurants to enjoy some quality
times and to have some delicious food.
In general, restaurants are with closed
surroundings environment. People like to feel
some free environment and to have more
better services.
They often opt for to go to the roof top
restaurants and enjoy both food and nature as
well. For that reason, the number of roof top
restaurant is increasing in Dhaka city.
4. Rationale
Consumer's behavior in restaurant sector varies greatly
depending on multiple factors such as quality of food, courteous
and knowledgeable staff, depth of emotional connection with the
establishment via technology route, discounts and special
concerns etc.
Now-a-days consumers’ preferences are not only food and
beverages but an enjoyable environment also matters.
Consumers much give focus on not only in pricing and the
goods, but also having a pleasant and possibly exciting
environment.
The present study will try to figure out the effects of consumer
behavior to make the study meaningful. Those who want to
come in the roof top restaurant business and the owners of the
roof top restaurants will be benefited from this study.

7. Data Analysis Techniques
Collection of data will be analyzed with SPSS
application.
Crosstabs will be used to figure out the relations of
different variables.
There will be independent and dependent variables.
