GOALS & OBJECTIVES
A. Administration through total quality and innovative library services.
B. Build and preserve the collections required according to a rational collection policy.
C. Foster a productive and collegial work environment in which staff has the flexibility and support to achieve
their assigned responsibilities.
D. Organize the collection for effective use.
E. Promote more efficient use of existing library resources and add new resources to advance and sustain the aca-
deme's mission.
F. Provide assistance and instruction on how to locate and use these resources.
G. Provide facilities and space to accommodate the library's collections and services as well as research and study.
H. Provide outstanding service to the academe in support of information needs by integrating traditional and digi-
tal resources and service.
I. Provide services that support and sustain physical and intellectual access to information resources in fulfillment
of the present and anticipated needs of students, faculty and staff and, as appropriate, to alumni and the
broader public.
J. Support the instructional, research and service goals of the school by sustaining and working collaboratively,
creatively and efficiently.
