qualitative level will have a significant impact not
only on the effectiveness of education, but also on the
improvement of the military education system.
Today, as one of the strategic directions in the system
of military education, the innovative activity of
military educational institutions is identified as a key
factor. Understanding the need to reform the military
education system requires the integration of military
educational institutions into innovative processes in
practice. At the same time, the modern requirement
for the military education system is to combine theory
and practice. only in this way will we be able to
cultivate in the future a spiritually high and
harmonious, sound-minded military cadre.
The innovative process ensures the effectiveness of
education in the system of military education, as well
as the creation of textbooks, manuals on "Military
pedagogy", "Military psychology", special military
disciplines and the continuous organization of
teaching on the basis of innovative technologies.
Interactive technologies, which are the basis of
innovative technologies, deepen the thinking of
pedagogical and psychological, special military
knowledge, further activate the activities of future
officers in understanding, through independent
thinking, activism, solidarity, teamwork, caring for
each other effective in enriching and applying the
acquired knowledge in conjunction with the call for
cohesion. the cadet's personality is placed directly at
the center of the learning process. however, the
effective use of forms of social training in the
educational process in line with the national mentality
will lead to an in-depth study of historical and
cultural heritage, as well as an increase in the desire
to acquire advanced, modern knowledge.
Innovation means the future. If we start building our
great future today, we must start it on the basis of
innovative ideas, innovative approaches. It is no
coincidence that we are moving towards innovative
development and the digital economy. for who will
win in the present age in which the world is rapidly
evolving? A state based on new ideas, new ideas and
innovations will win” [1], - said President
Sh.M.Mirziyoev.
The role and importance of modern teaching methods,
ie interactive methods, which are the basis of
innovative technologies, in the educational process of
military educational institutions is incomparable.
knowledge and experience in pedagogical technology
and their application in education serve to ensure that
future servicemen have knowledgeable and mature
skills.
Innovation means innovation, renewal, change [2]
Innovation in raising the morale of the military
education system is aimed at improving the quality of
this area. Innovations are relevant, important, and
consist of new approaches formed in the system of
spirituality. these approaches are born on the basis of
initiatives and innovations and serve as a promising
basis for the development of the conceptual content of
the spirituality of the national army. Any innovation
in the promotion of spirituality cannot be an
innovation.
Therefore, it is important to point out the main
differences between the concepts of “innovation” and
“innovation”. The clear form, content and scope of
reform activities serve as a basis for this. if the
activity is short-lived and does not have the character
of an integrated system, if it has set itself the task of
changing only some elements of a particular system,
then we are thinking of innovation. if the activity is
carried out on the basis of a certain conceptual
approach and its result leads to the development of
the system or its fundamental change, the concept of
innovation is formed. the criteria for both concepts
are as follows: the innovation is carried out within the
existing theory, the scope is limited in time, the
methods are updated, and the result is an
improvement of the previous system. innovation will
be systematic, good and sustainable, will design a
new system of activities in a particular practice, will
completely update the positions of the subjects of
practice. at the same time, the directions of activity
are opened, modern technologies are created, new
qualitative results of activity are achieved, as a result,
the practice itself is renewed.
Innovative changes in the promotion of spirituality,
the introduction of any innovation in the system is
carried out directly by updating and modifying the
activities of the representative of the industry.
Innovative activity is a continuous work on the basis
of innovations, which is formed and improved over a
long period of time. innovative activity is aimed at
solving a number of problems that have arisen as a
result of the incompatibility of traditional norms with
new social requirements or the collision of a newly
formed norm of practice with the emerging norm.
innovations have a major impact on the development
of ideological views through the constant introduction
of innovations into socio-political life.
Innovations in the military system are the process of
preparing future servicemen for training and military
service in new conditions. it is expedient to create and
implement new approaches to creative approaches
based on previously acquired knowledge and skills.

The goals of innovative education are:
ensuring a high level of spiritual, intellectual and
personal development of students;
creation of new technologies, projects on the basis
of a new approach to the times and with their help
creation of new, appropriate types of curricula for
the military education system;
creating conditions for future officers to acquire
scientific thinking skills;
teaching the methodology of introducing
innovations related to military-professional
activity;
linking theory with practice and practice with
production;
strengthening the base of teaching materials;
strengthening the social and economic
foundations of the educational environment.
One of the urgent tasks in the system of military
education today is to further improve the quality of
military training of future officers. therefore, it is
expedient to thoroughly review the educational
process in the military education system using world
experience and put into practice the most optimal
aspects. These are the processes that are inherent in
modern innovative requirements that are taking place
in the current era of globalization.
In conclusion, the introduction of new innovative
technologies in the system of military education in the
development of future officers in the spirit of
professional, spiritual, moral, national and universal
values will directly ensure the effectiveness of
training.
