However we enjoy food and most foods
that attract us are not always healthy.
One example is pizza. Pizzas are made
from bread (wheat), tomato sauce, full
fat cheese and fatty meat products with
some cooked vegetables.

a healthy and tasty pizza for you and your family
with its own nutritional label.
5. TARGET AUDIENCE
Your target audience is a specific group of
people to whom your product is
marketed. Knowing them is essential to
deliver an appropriate solution. In this
project, your target will be you and you
and your family, or in the case you want,
any other person you decide to invite.
YOUR ROLE
After developing an understanding of
nutrition and healthy eating choices,
you will design and produce a pizza,
choosing the best combination of food
ingredients and cooking techniques.
