Pizza dough:
1. Sprinkle yeast in a bowl with a little water, add the oil, salt, and at the
end flour. Mix dough and ferment approx. 30 min.
With oiled hands removed from bowl dough and knead it. Stop to
knead as it start to stick at your hands. Ferment in warm place for
10-15 minutes.
2. Roll the dough, smear with tomato sauce.
3. Add residual ingredients: put sausages, sliced cucumber and onion
slices. Top with grated cheese.
4. When everything done put in preheated oven to 220 degrees and
bake for 20 minutes.
