  3. 3. Preparation: Peel the potatoes, wash and slice little thicker than for tortilla Salpimentarlas. Peel and chop the garlic and onion finely and mix. <br />Butter a baking dish and place in the bottom layer patatas. Espolvorearwith cornstarch and sprinkle with the onion mixture and garlic and grated cheese.<br />Place another layer of potatoes, cornstarch and onion mixture and garlic continue until finishing with a layer of potatoes.<br />Mix the cream with milk, season with salt and pepper and pour over potatoes. <br />Cover the dish with foil and place in oven, preheated to 200 º for 30 minutes.
