A point based reward scheme.
   Volunteering activities to be awarded points.
   Maximum points means best volunteer.
   Points vary upon merit.
   Proper documentation and monitoring.
Transparency in the running of a branch.
   To inspire members to volunteer in IEEE.
   To pre-define goals for volunteers.
   To provide a token of appreciation .
   To provide equality between all the
    members.


Points awarded under three categories:

            1.Leadership activities
            2.Volunteering activities
            3.Acheivements
Leadership activities:

   1.Event organizing
   2.Membership Development
   3.Fund Raising
 
Volunteering activities:

1.Student Branch level
2.Section level
3.Region level
Achievements:

Technical competitions:
  First
 Second

 Third

Non technical competitions:
 First

 Second

 Third
The correct man to get the correct job.
   Nomination to posts based upon PRS :

     Total points required for nomination=Bench
    mark value.
   Bench mark value should satisfy minimum
    requirements in all categories.
   Minimum requirements vary according to
    offices.
1.Chair:
   Benchmark relatively higher for leadership.

   2.Vice chair:
     Benchmark almost similar to Chair.

   3.Secretary:
   Bench mark high for volunteering activities.

    4.Treasurer:
    More focus on fund raising initiatives.
Can be either automated or manual.
   Secretary to be in charge of PRS
    document.
   Approved and monitored by Execom.
   Should be displayed in the student
    branch.
   PRS to be relied for award nominations.
   Funding for members based on PRS.
   Member privilege based on PRS.
   Merit certificates to the toppers in PRS.
   Any other perks based on PRS.
Encourages members to volunteer.
Increases enthusiasm and commitment .
Fosters the student activities to a very high
  level.
Retains membership year after year.
A fair and transparent admininistration
  system.


Membership Points

  • 1. Rayees Amar Nishad IEEE Kerala section
  • 2. A point based reward scheme.  Volunteering activities to be awarded points.  Maximum points means best volunteer.  Points vary upon merit.  Proper documentation and monitoring.
  • 3. Transparency in the running of a branch.  To inspire members to volunteer in IEEE.  To pre-define goals for volunteers.  To provide a token of appreciation .  To provide equality between all the members. 
  • 4. Points awarded under three categories: 1.Leadership activities 2.Volunteering activities 3.Acheivements
  • 5. Leadership activities:  1.Event organizing  2.Membership Development  3.Fund Raising  
  • 6. Volunteering activities: 1.Student Branch level 2.Section level 3.Region level
  • 7. Achievements: Technical competitions: First  Second  Third Non technical competitions:  First  Second  Third
  • 8. The correct man to get the correct job.  Nomination to posts based upon PRS : Total points required for nomination=Bench mark value.  Bench mark value should satisfy minimum requirements in all categories.  Minimum requirements vary according to offices.
  • 9. 1.Chair:  Benchmark relatively higher for leadership.  2.Vice chair: Benchmark almost similar to Chair.  3.Secretary:  Bench mark high for volunteering activities. 4.Treasurer: More focus on fund raising initiatives.
  • 10. Can be either automated or manual.  Secretary to be in charge of PRS document.  Approved and monitored by Execom.  Should be displayed in the student branch.
  • 11. PRS to be relied for award nominations.  Funding for members based on PRS.  Member privilege based on PRS.  Merit certificates to the toppers in PRS.  Any other perks based on PRS.
  • 12. Encourages members to volunteer. Increases enthusiasm and commitment . Fosters the student activities to a very high level. Retains membership year after year. A fair and transparent admininistration system.
