This time we had Elisabeth Marek from creative fillip, Michael Herold from the Comfort Zone Crushers, and Alexandra Soare from the Songwriter Circle. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Our first speaker was Elisabeth Marek who is a graphic designer and founder of the creative fillip. She has been initiating several outstanding projects and creative workshops. She will give us some insights into the collaborative practices of #urbangardening. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Secondly, Comfort Zone Crusher, blogger, and coach Michael Herold was talking about how to improve our ability to speak well in public. - apprenticed under Dr. Sean Stephenson. He has spoken at TEDx, members of parliament, universities and cinema’s full with kids high on popcorn and coke. He’s also a speaker coach, getting people ready to go up on stage or in front of a camera. He has worked with clients that have been featured on NBC, Fast Company, Forbes the Oprah Winfrey Network, and more. And lastly, he’s one of the two coaches of Comfort Zone Crusher, where he has worked with hundreds of people, teaching them to lose their social anxiety and live a confident life. In fact, if you ever see someone here in Vienna lying on a busy street, howling like a wolf in the subway or asking you for something really stupid like if they could try on your pants, it’s probably one of his clients.

- Like I said, iamgood is all about making your life better – day by day. Sitting all by yourself contemplating is one way of learning. There is another one: learning from the group and community. You can learn so much from each other and get inspired by what other people do. With the Before I Die wall we wanted to create this opportunity to inspire each other. We also go beyond our events and build something lasting in the one public space in Vienna which is best for celebrating – Tel Aviv Bach. Here to tell you more about the wall is Alex. She is a comfort zone crusher, singer songwriter and event coordinator in our iamgood Team.
