This is an e-scrapbook made by one of my interns, Dann Teston, before in BCYF. :) She is a Junior College student from St. Scholastica's College-Manila taking up AB Mass Communication minor in Development Communication.
2. CSR STORY #1: MR. ALDRICH TEREBRICOCSR STORY #1: MR. ALDRICH TEREBRICO
We went to Katipunan, Quezon City to interview Mr. Aldrich
Terebrico of CheckMySchool.org about his CSR Story. One of our
tasks as a group was to produce CSR Stories of different people
from different organizations.
3. CSR STORY #2: MR. JB TANCSR STORY #2: MR. JB TAN
My co-interns and I went to Coffee Bean in Makati to meet up
with Mr. JB Tan of iVolunteer. Earlier that day, we met up with
Ms. Jojo in Coffee Bean in Shangrila. We interviewed Mr. Tan by
7PM He also shared with us his CSR Story and gave us his calling
card for future reference.
4. These pictures were taken in Starbucks, Glorietta 4.
This was our meeting place with Ms. Jojo Armenta
when we discussed updates and other tasks
regarding the upcoming projects of BCYF. We usually
meet in coffee shops and accomplish the set agenda
for a day. We also interviewed Mr. Nico Santiago as
part of our CSR Stories assignment but we were not
able to take a photo with him.
This was the view outside our meeting
place for that day.
5. CSR STORY #4: MR. ALOY CHUA
We attended an event in Ateneo De
Manila University about Social
Enterprise and interviewed Mr. Aloy
Chua about his CSR Story.
CSR STORY #5: MS. NOREEN
BAUTISTA
Ms. Noreen was the emcee of the
Social Enterprise Seminar we
attended in ADMU that’s why Ms.
Jojo assigned us to interview her.
6. CSR STORY #6: MR. JOHN LAGDAMEO
Mr. Lagdameo is a professor in ADMU. We got to interview him right after the
Social Enterprise Seminar as part of our CSR Stories assignment.
7. CSR YOUTH AWARDS PRESS LAUNCH
We invited publications from different schools including The
Scholastican (college school paper of St. Scho Manila) and Ms. Bettina
Catli came as a representative. She is also taking up Mass
Communication minor in Print Journalism while Hardy, Ivie and I are in
the Development Communication track.
8. These photos were taken during the CSR Youth Awards Press Launch in
Club Filipino Greenhills in San Juan. Ivie and I were assigned to man the
registration booth while Hardy did the documentation of the event. We
slept in Hardy’s house as suggested by Ms. Jojo and got very little sleep
because of the last minute preparations and the editing of the supposedly
video for the event.
9. CSR STORY #8: MR. NIKKO MAGALONA
Mr. Nikko Magalona was our last interviewee for our CSR Stories
assignment. We interviewed him in the office of BCYF in San Miguel Ave.
Ortigas. Mr. Magalona usually volunteers as additional manpower during
the events of BCYF. We helped Ms. Jojo put up the decorations in the office
right after the interview.
10. ROCK THE VOTE
This was an event ran by NYC (National Youth Commission) in which BCYF
proudly participated with. It happened in UP Diliman, Quezon City. I was a bit
late for this event because I was assigned to go to Club Filipino Greenhills in the
morning to reserve a venue for the CSR Summer Faculty Seminar but they had
no available halls for that day. However, the purpose of this event was to
encourage the youth to exercise their right in voting and to remind them of
their responsibility to do so. There were performances from talented musicians
and food was provided. Ms. Jojo was the emcee of this event while we provided
assistance in ushering and manning the booth. I also took part in speaking for
the pledge of partner organizations.
11. CSR SUMMER FACULTY
SEMINAR
This seminar aimed to partner with
different school associations and
unite the faculty members to talk
about and understand the concept
of CSR. It aims to help the faculty
prepare for the mandated order of
CHED to include CSR in the
curriculum of schools. This event
took place on May 23, 2015 in the
Development Academy of the
Philippines.
12. We manned the registration booth again for
this event and provided assistance to guests
and participants. We were with Ms. Sheila
Ramos, also a Scholastican, who only
graduated last March. She also took up Mass
Communication minor in Development
Communication.
13. Weather that day
was a bit gloomy
but thank God
that the event
successfully
pushed through.
