Vanessa Gatman organized several community events in her area. She created a two-day conference for teenage girls focused on self-worth and confidence. Around 70 girls attended and learned skills for managing peer pressure and social media. She also organizes an annual Christmas shopping event supporting local designers, which has grown significantly. Additionally, she is organizing front-of-house operations for an upcoming dance performance. Through these volunteer efforts, she brings value to her community.
