Arts & Lectures is the largest and most
influential arts and lectures organization
between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
A&L annually presents more than a
hundred events, from critically acclaimed
concerts and dance performances by world-
renowned artists to talk by groundbreaking
authors and film series at Santa Barbara.

assistant, I was in charge of
customer service as well as
updating social media
accounts when necessary.

During my last year at
A&L, we had a program
that brings artists,
speakers, novelists, and
more to speak to the
general public. In 2017 we
were able to bring in,
George Takei, Colson
Whitehead, Joe Biden,
Yo-Yo Ma, and more!

is a daycare
that had a
mission to
provide high
quality care
and education
to every child.
My mother is
actually the
one who
started this
business back
in 2002 till
now! To
advertise this business, I have partnered with KoreanLife.net which is an advertising magazine
that brings awareness to other businesses working in Valencia and other cities in Southern
California.
Looking at the picture above, I was in charge of taking pictures of the lovely children at our
daycare as well as writing attention-graber quotes to attract new clients! Thankfully, being
bi-lingual was a big relief for this job.
