WORK EXPERIENCE
May 2015 – June 2015 Internship at Rockwell Land Corporation
I worked as a Human Resource associate and that required me to
assess resumes of individuals whom I would later on contact and
schedule for an interview. I made tabulations of people that were
interviewed for the day, scheduled for interview, and hired. Aside
from that, I also interviewed possible candidates for their initial
screening. I was also in charge of filing candidates for hiring and I
took part in some trainings.

RESEARCH PAPERS WRITTEN
2015 Religiosity as a Mediating Variable in the Endorsement of
Polyculturalism in Relation to the Attitudes Towards the LGBT
Community
This is our written thesis paper that focuses on studies about
belief systems and how these may determine an individual’s
understanding of both intergroup attitudes and behaviors. Mainly,
it is assessed that higher exposure to polyculturalism leads to
positive regard towards the LGBT community and vice versa.
However, when a factor such as religiosity is considered, cases of
dependency may vary. To acquire a further understanding of the
study, our group has conducted surveys. Our thesis will be
presented at the International Congress of Psychology at
Yokohama, Japan on July 2016.
