edge and understanding of property within national and international in-
vestment markets andwith the skills needed to research, analyse and advise

Time Flexibility
Postgraduate degrees have a proposed dura-
tion of about 24 months. However students
can choose toadapt their studies at their own
pace and programme, offering working pro-
fessionals the capability to tailor the pro-
grammearound their needs.
Intakes - Application
Students can choose to start in various entry
points throughout the year.
The application must be submitted to the
University through iCon, at least 2 weeks
prior to each intake to allow for the correct
preparation of the application and enough
time for any contingencies that mightarise.
Support
The programmes are designed in a way that
allows the student to tailor his studies ac-
