ICD (2nd Harmonic Inrush Restraint)
[Inrush current detection function (ICD)]
- ICD function is designed to detect a second harmonic inrush current
during energizing;
- When percentage of 2nd harmonic current (I2f) to fundamental
current (I1f) exceeds setting value [ICD-2f] and (I1f) is larger than
threshold [ICD-OC].

GRD200 – Switch On To Fault (SOTF-OC)
Relay Application
• SOTF-OC is used to detect and rapidly clear faults when (CBs) are
closed onto a pre-existing fault in the protected zone;
• DEAD_LINE_DETECT is main condition for SOTF function;
• To add another condition into the logic for the SOTF operation, PLC
connection point “ADD.SOTF.EN” is configured in PLC Tool.

• Voltage level, time delay type & time delay duration can be set
independently for each stage
• The setting range for each overvoltage element is (1.0-220.0V)
• The setting range for each undervoltage element is (5.0-130.0V)
• Each element can be blocked by the VT Fail function
• Undervoltage elements can be blocked by an independent
undervoltage function

PLC variable (BIT_XX_YY) is used.
